Had a loud "bang" sound on closing. Turned out the panel weren't aligned and it was a "snapping" of the panels in the tongue-and-groove -- a bolt on a hinge popped off. Kevin came on time (as scheduled) and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was very courteous and competent, everything the company would want in their employees. A good experience.

I had a door spring break and called Precision Door for assistance. The entire experience was amazing. From the time I called to schedule a visit, speak with Becky about the warranty, to when Benny the Technician arrived it was very smooth. He explained what he was going to do, and was very Professional and Courteous. The repair was done fast and the door was back in operation. He also shared some tips on maintenance of the door which I appreciated. My service appointment was scheduled between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Despite two phone calls to obtain an estimated time of arrival, the technician arrived at my residence at 10:30 AM. As a first-time customer, I was deeply disappointed with the delayed arrival. Despite the technician’s professionalism and expertise, I would be hesitant to engage in future services due to the inconvenience caused by the tardiness.
