I chose Precision Garage door based on the reviews I read. Derek called to verify and let me know if his arrival, he talked me through what my garage door “needed” right now to operate well. He then help me understand what I may need in the future, or my desire for a new door. The service was quick, he explained everything he did. He removed the old sensor wiring to help me with my anxiety of too many wires everywhere - I can NOT say enough on how Derek performed in a professional manner, arrived on time, discussed my options and once we agreed on a price - he completed the work to my satisfaction and took away his trash! Our garage door spring broke. Almost on top of me .so I needed someone to fix it. I looked on google saw the first one with a phone # and I called.
