I would give the tech an average of 2.5 points out of 5. I have 2 doors at this house he inspected only one door. he tried to release the latch from the 2nd door and he was not able or really care to do it. He program both doors ok and one of the openers cover had a screw missing and he did not secure it and left it hanging. His suggestion to me was use tape to secure the cover. After he left i secure it with a drywall screw, and is nice and tight. Very low motivation individual. I hope that this helps to make improvements to your service. Thanks, Mario A. Costa

Carlos Jaquez arrive to our home at the time he said he would be there, which is great, not everyone does. He was polite and friendly, he introduced himself when he arrived and proceed to get the job done. While working he kept things organized and tidy (would sweep up after uninstalling the old garage door and then once again after installing the new door). He would check if I had any questions and when done made sure remotes and my app. on phone worked to open and close the door. It was done faster then I expected and the finish product looks good.

The Tech (Steve Marsh) arrived on time, briefed me on the garage door opener problem, explained all my options and the price of a new garage door opener. We agreed on the price and Steve proceeded to work in a very professional manner Upon completion of the installation he lubricated all the garage door hinges and explained/demonstrated how the garage door opener worked. Steve is very knowledgeable about his CRAFT. I would rank him as a valuable employee to your organization. Should I ever need future service done, I would request Steve to do the job. Ernie

I called on a Friday in the morning and they were at my house by 3pm the same day. Bill Weier was the Tech they sent out. He assessed the problem and called it in. Since it was late they could only place the order for the parts . They gave me an appointment for Tuesday and showed on time. My installer was Carlos Jaquez. in a matter of 45 minutes he fixed the problem. Was neat, clean and very professional. Since this was a recent install it was all covered by warranty. There was not the usual questions about how this happened, they just went ahead and fixed it, no charge. They even changed out the window inserts on the other door free. I have been a customer of Precision for over Ten Years and have always found their service and professionalism of the highest standard.

I was having an issue with the door not staying closed. Precision was the company that installed the door in the first place so I called them of course. Bill Weier was the technician that was dispatched. He actually arrived 30 mins ahead of the appointment time which was awesome. I showed him what the door was doing and he knew right away what the issue was. The programing of the door opener was messed up. He had it fixed in about 2 mins and then didn't charge me since it was part of the original warranty. He also showed me how to reprogram the door myself just in case there was a "next time". Bill is awesome. Precision will be the ONLY place I call if I ever have a problem.

I can't say enough good things- or express my gratitude adequately- for the OUTSTANDING service provided by Michael and the Precision team! Firstly, they were extremely polite and professional when I called to schedule my original appointment. Then, when I was forced to reschedule at the last minute, they were more than happy to accommodate me. I really appreciated that! I live in a complex where long-term parking on the street is not allowed. So, when the spring on my garage door broke, I was in a real jam. The door was simply too heavy for me to lift so I HAD to get it repaired. I have experienced some significant financial hardship recently, so I was quite concerned about whether or not I could even afford the repair... very stressful, actually. When Michael arrived, he was very kind and in addition to throughly explaining the repairs that were needed, he bent over backwards to give me the best possible price. He did an excellent job with the repair and gave me useful information about upkeep and a heads up about what might need to be repaired at a later date. I couldn't be happier or more thankful for the quality of products and services I received. Michael and the Precision team took the sting out of a very troubling situation. They were a Godsend, as far as I'm concerned!!! :-D

I would have given 0 however it was not an option. Communication with this company is very poor. I have left 3 emails eith 3 different people the ownertwice, the salesperson twice and one to office personnel. The person that purchased the door had passed away 2 weeks after ordering and they, according to policy, haveto see what they can do. I have actually spoken to a female in the office and she told me she would speak with the owner and get back to me. It never hapoened. Left email with owner no response. Left email with sales person no response. They seem to be keeping the $487 deposit

We chose Precision, becuase we had used this company with satisfactiion in the past. We were pleased with this call for services, which resulted in a 24 hour response; the responder was polite, know his business, and when beyond the requirements. He showed us tat the most economical solution was a new door and helped us get our car outside of the garage, so it could be used, while we waited for the new door to arrive and be installed.

We had three single garage doors and two new openers installed. Dean our sales represenative was very helpfull. He guided us to a set of doors and openers that would work best for our home. He didn't try to up-sell us unwanted or unneeded equipment. Dean made the whole experience low pressured and quite enjoyable at a very good price. The day of installation work was completed just as promised. Carlos our installer worked hard and always seemed to do it with a smile and a pleasant attitude. His work started on time finished quickly. I would highly recommend Precision Doors to anyone who needs new doors or openers.
