Jose was an awesome technician loved the fact that he was prompt for the appointment. I really wanted to get a cost estimate after talking on the phone earlier in the day. Once I met Jose he was very professional great personality I knew your company was going to earn my business. I truly have to say in all the years Iâ??ve dealt with a lot of different companies for various types of work at my house but with an employee like Jose and the standard your company set made it very easy for me to make my decision. Jose was great and explained everything well. I thought the bottom seal should be included. the extra $80 seemed extreem. $880.00 is so expensive. The new garage doors are advertised less than that and it includes everything.

I wouldn't have known the difference if they were the right springs or not but he went ahead and took everything off and put in the correct springs. Jose came by first on a Wednsday to give me a quote. He was on time and friendly. After comparing the quotes from other companies Precision was the one that impressed me the most. What impressed me was Jose showed up on time, in a clean uniform, clean work truck, and also he is very friendly. I called him back a day after and we scheduled a whole garage door replacement. I like that Precision has been around for many years, and has an A grade by the B.B.B. They are a little more expensive, but there customer service, knowledge, and better selection makes it worth it.
