Jose arrived at my home two hours before the estimated time of arrival given to me. This was an indication of the ultra-professional service that was to be provided by him. Jose was great and explained everything well. I thought the bottom seal should be included. the extra $80 seemed extreem. $880.00 is so expensive. The new garage doors are advertised less than that and it includes everything.

Jose was awesome..he took his time to make sure it was the correct springs even after he already finished installing it. I wouldn't have known the difference if they were the right springs or not but he went ahead and took everything off and put in the correct springs. I am very satisfied with Jose's work and would definitely give them a call for any future garage related issues.

Jose came by first on a Wednsday to give me a quote. He was on time and friendly. After comparing the quotes from other companies Precision was the one that impressed me the most. What impressed me was Jose showed up on time, in a clean uniform, clean work truck, and also he is very friendly. I called him back a day after and we scheduled a whole garage door replacement. I like that Precision has been around for many years, and has an A grade by the B.B.B. They are a little more expensive, but there customer service, knowledge, and better selection makes it worth it. very happy with my garage door repair, Jose called in our appointment window, gave me eta and arrived at that exact time. he looked at the door shown me the problems there were a few. we replaced the springs and cables modified the door added an other spring and changed the rollers in about an hour. now my door is super quiet and smooth. thanks
