Jorge was born in Whittier, but attended high school in Santa Fe Springs. He attended college at Rio Hondo, studying Electrical Engineering. He loves playing basketball, but his favorite sport has always been soccer. He played soccer for 3 years in high school and still plays occasionally on weekends. He enjoys spending time with his family, which includes a newborn daughter. Jorge enjoys traveling, and that most recently included vacations to France and Italy. His favorite sport is still soccer, and his favorite team is Real Madrid. Jorge is a real "peoples person".

All I wanted was my chain drive opener replaced. The tech quoted me $1075.00 I said that’s to much and that I was willing to pay $500.00 but I’ll just do it myself so I gave him the $89.95 service fee and went to Lowe’s and bought one for $200.00 piece of cake. Your company missed out on $300.00 profit and referrals.

Jorge was very professional and very courteous. He listened to our problem and then inspected the door and opener device. Unfortunately when it comes to the Garage doors you cannot wait to get them fixed. My husband called Precision Door Service and they sent someone out in within a two hour window. I was so impressed by just that and the serviceman that came out that I will always call Precision. Very professional young man named Jorge Fortanel told us what had happened, how much it would cost to repair and he did a great job in a reasonable time. Explained our warranty to us and will always call Precision for sure. Thank you to Jorge and this company for their professionalism and courtesy.

ABSOLUTELY DON’T GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! We call them out to replace our weather stripping around our garage. Jorge came out and assessed our garage, said we needed a bunch of work done. My husband asked him if he could replace the weather stripping, he said he didn’t have any on the truck. That’s what we called him out to do. He changed us $69.95 for an estimate. Not even to mention it was a ridiculous amount. The email they sent said to contact them before we wrote a review and they would make it right. We have called 5 times in four days with a promise that someone would call us back and no one has, what a joke!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!! ***under service perform below- A BIG FAT NOTHING for $69.95

We had used Precision about 5 years ago for garage door maintenance. This time we didn't have an emergency repair, but just needed a tune-up on our door and were looking to purchase a new opener. Precision sent a tech to my house today to put together a quote for a double door and a single door for my 3 car garage. The tech they sent, Jorge, was an excellent representative of Precision. He had an incredible knowledge of the options available to me and walked me through them one by one, providing me with the pros and cons of so many options (chain drive vs belt drive, insulation or no, windows, material type, etc) so I would know the value of the decisions I would be making. And then gave me quotes for my top four options. Thanks to Jorge, I have a good idea how I will be treated fairly and honestly from Precision throughout the process. Thanks!
