Our technician, Jorge, was absolutely amazing! He showed up on time to our appt, performed a safety check on our garage, inspected all the components, and then walked me through all our options. I also had A LOT of questions! He answered all of them very thoroughly! We ended up installing a new garage door opener and all new components! I called Precision Door to help me fix my garage door drums after many failed attempts to do so myself. After 5 minutes of the technician arriving, he quickly pointed out numerous issues with the mechanics of the door and offered three options to solve the problem. Although I wasn’t prepared for the expense, he easily explained an affordable payment plan and completely replaced/explained the work he had completed in less than an hour! Before leaving, the technician (Jorge) gave me some pointers on how to maintain and evaluate my garage door for minimal maintenance. Excellent service with day-of response, detailed explanation of the issues my door system had, and flexible payment plan. Highly recommend.

My garage door opener failed on Thanksgiving and needed to be replaced. I scheduled service on Friday, and the technician Jorge came earlier than the scheduled window which was a plus. When I had to choose which opener to replace my old one, Jorge did not do a hard sell and went through all the pros and cons for each model. Once I selected the opener, Jorge was quick to install it and did a thorough walkthrough with me on all of the features.

Great experience very professional organization from the first call for estimate to the final invoice. Called about a broken overhead roll-up garage door spring in the morning received and an estimate made an appointment that was just two hours later with a promise that the technician would call before arriving. The technician Jorge Fortanel called 20 minutes before showing up in a clean equipped logoed work truck (which I think shows professionalism). Before starting Mr. Fortanel did a free 25-point inspection and said everything looked good except for springs that needed replacing in pairs and suggested adding a roller bearing between springs to add to the longevity and I agreed. Mr. Fortanel was very professional and knowledgeable with suggestions for the longevity of the door. I will not hesitate to use Precision Overhead Garage Door Service again as well as refer friends and family.

BEWARE!! Terrible company, I needed a new backup battery for my garage. They did not tell me on the phone if it was under warranty. They Charged me $219.95 for a battery that when I looked online and at home depot was under $50.00 then I get my invoice and they actually charged me $99.00 for work they never did. I tried to call several times they keep telling me they will get back to me but never do. They just keep giving me a run around. I will never use this company again.

Only giving one star so I can write this review. Only call these people if you want to be conned into having to pay their $60 service fee for absolutely nothing. They lie about what it’s going to cost to get something fixed in their office. Then when the service tech gets here it’s a whole other price. Apparently they have no communication between office and other staff. I wonder how many people they con in a day. Not worth it, save your money.
