At 2 AM, my daughter called saying the garage door won't open. I went to the garage and saw the cable was off the pulley and I couldn't fix it. At 7 AM, I made a call to Precision and was able to make an appointment for the same day. I received a text saying that Jorge was on his way. A short while later he was in my garage doing a safety inspection and explaining the main problem and gave me 4 different options for the repair and the cost of each. I really appreciated that information so I could be the one that made the decision knowing what I could afford. A little more than hour later the repair was complete and the door was working properly. I really appreciated Jorge and his professionalism and how he took the time to explain the problem and give me a complete and honest quote.

The tech was onsite within 2 hours of being called on a Friday night after 6 p.m. He had to completely rebuild my door and had all the parts on the truck. He had the door rebuild and back in operation in just a couple of hours. It wasn’t cheap but I didn’t expect it to be due to the garage door falling down and requiring a lot of work all after hours on a weekend.

I called this company thinking that it was our local Precision. I have been a long time customer of the family owned Precision and was talking to what I thought were the normal office girls. They never told me they were not the local company and continued to impersonate them. If you are looking for Precision in Yucca Valley this company is not them, they will get you in the door with a low special but try to sell you on a bunch of unnecessary repairs. BE AWARE.
