I cannot thank them enough for coming out way past business hours to fix my garage. I backed into my door and it could not be shut. I live alone and was concerned about my safety. I was given 3 options. I took the most expensive one as it not only took care of my safety concern but, also improved the structure of the door. Don’t call anyone else ‘

Ivan of Precision Garage Door Service was fantastic!! He diagnosed my emergency issue very quickly. Ivan assessed my existing garage door opener & identified potential problems that could fail due to its age. Ivan presented me with options on a new opener & I purchased one on the spot. Ivan also recognized that I am a U.S. Army veteran & offered me a discount in appreciation of my service to our nation. Ivan was efficient & personable. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services to anyone. Thanks Ivan for superlative service.

He has excellent customer service and he even cleaned up some of the mess we had. He definitely got a fair price and will be calling again with any garage door service we may need. I will be recommending to our friends and family. Thank you Ivan for everything.

The service for the garage door repair was very disappointing. The work was incomplete, and the issue was not resolved properly even after the visit. It felt careless, and the results were not acceptable at all.

I had a great experience with Precision. Made the appointment last night, the technician; Kusay Oudeh, contacted me about an hour before the appointment. When he arrived he inspected the door recommended repairs and gave me an estimate. The repair was completed in a timely manner for the estimated price, no surprises! Professional and clean.

Benny and his helper, I am sorry, I cannot remember his name, were awesome. They told us the problem and fixed it quick. My husband asked Benny about our opener, Benny explained the differences between our choices and had the new one installed in no time. We are very happy with the work that was done.

I was so very pleased as to how quickly I could make an appointment online, and for same-day-service! I booked an appointment for 12pm, and by 11am, Precision was already telling me that they could have a technician out within 15 minutes! (A business ACTUALLY saying that they would be early!) My technician, Frank Lopez, showed-up around 11:45am. He was very nice and professional! I explained to him the problems I was having, and he showed me where and why I was having those problems. Frank explained it in a way that I could entirely understand! It was a wonderfully smooth and informative transaction. Frank was a joy to work with, and I felt completely safe and confident in his abilities. I now have a garage door that not only works well, but is like a whisper! I am MORE than satisfied with the service that I received from Frank and Precision Door Service!
