We were scheduled for the next day but Jose was in the neighborhood and came right over to help. He was very personable and professional. I swear he could have done the job blindfolded. He took down the old Lift Master and installed the new one including two new sensors, two new remotes, and a new wall switch all within 40 minutes. He said we'd really like the new garage door opener and he was right. I even like the sound of the new one opening. No question, while we called them because of the add in the 'value pack' mailings they are the right choice and I wouldn't call anyone else. Jose is a credit to Precision.

My garage door was beyond my limited knowledge to repair. I did the usual of YouTube videos, tightened everything that moves and lubed everything that thought of moving. No bueno. So I turned to the experts. First, they offered same day service. I darn near fell off my chair. Agreed upon a time-frame and was pleasantly surprised when the phone rang and Edgar Sanchez said he was 10 minutes away. He opened and closed the door a few times then told me what he thought. No hard sell, no Chicken Little threats if I didn't follow his recommendations, just the facts. I made up my mind and Edgar followed through with clarity. Replaced the 15 yr old rollers and installed a 15 ft. struct that added structural integrity. Adjusted, tightened and lubed. The difference is noticeable and I'm pleased. I'd happily recommend Precision Door to anyone needing honesty and hard working individuals. Thanks, Edgar.

Our garage door suddenly decided not to operate correctly. My husband and I researched different companies, read their reviews, and checked their California state licenses before choosing Precision Garage Door Service. We called Saturday morning about 7:30 a.m. and our call was answered promptly. After discussing the issue with Brianna, we set up a service call for the morning between 8am-12pm. Our initial contact was warm and pleasant. Jose Perea from Precision Garage Door Service, came to our residence about 9 a.m. He was very friendly and went straight to work to diagnose the problem. After checking out the unit, the track, and repairing a broken wooden board, he informed us that our unit was 20 years old and some of the parts and wires were coming loose. We had a choice to leave it and have a nonoperational garage door opener or replace it with a new one. We chose the latter. Jose went to his truck and brought out a cardboard box with a new unit. He promptly went to work installing the unit and shortly later, showed us how it worked. A very quiet and smooth unit compared to our other three units. We were impressed with how the garage door closed slowly towards the end and the brightness of the LED lights. Our total experience with Precision Garage Door Service was positive and productive. My husband and I feel we made the right choice and will not hesitate to call them again if any of our other units break.

I was having trouble with my garage door and called precision for the first time after installing a little over a year ago. Michelle was very kind and patient and was able to book me an appointment the next morning. Ivan was promptly at my door right on time this morning and was very helpful and patient in explaining what was going on with my system, as I had several questions. I ended up going with the tune up for the garage door. He even helped me reset my password, while being careful not to be exposed to the passcode, as I'm not very tech savvy. LONG STORY SHORT, THE GAL ON THE PHONE I TALKED TO DIDNT TELL ME THINGS THAT THE INSTALLER TOLD ME. I FELT LIKE IT WAS A BAIT AND SWITCH. I was very pleased with the service from Precision Garage Door and especially with the young man named Jorge Fortanel that did the repair. He examined the situation and knew immediately what it would take to repair the door, created an estimate on his tablet and gave me the option to either repair or replace the door. He was knowledgeable, quick, polite and answered all my questions. After replacing the door, he checked his work, made a few small adjustments and re-checked the door. Very efficient!!
