I needed immediate help with a troublesome garage door at my rental property. It was a Friday and I didn't have time to work on this unexpected project that day. I found you via your website and appreciated that the phone was answered when I called (I also left a vm for another garage door repair company I found on the internet and still have not received a call back). To make a long story short, I ended up getting the "rebuild". The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and followed through with my specific requests. The problem was solved that same day and did not consume my entire day as I had feared. We had our garage door springs fail and called Precision Door Service. They came out the same day, gave us a quote with several different options, and they were able to start the work to replace the torsion springs on the same day. It turned out our garage door opener was also bad and they replaced it as well. They did a good job and I would recommend them to anyone.
