This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door Service and it was a good one. As distressing as it is having to deal with an unexpected repair, Jerad's professional demeanor made the whole process pleasant. He was on-time if not a little early for the appointment time. He did an excellent job of finishing the repair quickly.

Specialist Mike Napolitano and his assistant, were very informative and diagnosed, the problem, within minutes. After installing, the necessary replacement parts for the garage door opener, the unit now performs like it is almost new. Including my Senior discount, the total bill was very reasonable. We had our garage door springs fail and called Precision Door Service. They came out the same day, gave us a quote with several different options, and they were able to start the work to replace the torsion springs on the same day. It turned out our garage door opener was also bad and they replaced it as well. They did a good job and I would recommend them to anyone.
