They did a great job. Tech was on time, friendly, and dressed appropriate. Professional evaluation,gave several options without pressuring. Advised me of all aspects of the job and cleaned up after. I have nothing negative about my expirence. I appreciated the lifetime warranty on all the moving parts. However, I was provided with nothing in writing at the time. I was told it will come in my email but haven't seen it yet. I assume I will get it but I like to see things in writing before giving my money. That was the only problem I had. I think if you have time to send this my receipt could have also been sent at the same time

A very good experience with your company. The gentlemen that saved the day was named Dean.... Polite, thorough, respectful. Explained all my options available. All I can say is wow! I have never had a company that arrives early to a job let a lone do a fantastic job. I had Jose come to my house for a broken spring and the door was stuck shut. He did a quick inspection & pointed out a few other problems with the door that I didn't notice; but all makes since know that my garage door isn't waking up the neighbors when I come home. They are reasonable on the cost of materials & labor and took just an hour to complete the job. I highly recommend this company & will repost this on Yelp. Thank you for all your help!

The technician was very helpful and shared his knowledge with me, which helps when you are spending a good amount of money. I feel that the up pricing on the parts was a bit high, but probably an industry wide issue. I do not think I would use any other company. The technician was on time, and being able to know who was coming to my house prior to the day really helps out.

I had a garage door and side jack installed on my garage that had no other access. The installer was very skilled and was a good communicator. I upgraded to the side jack on his recommendaion because of the lay out of garage. It was the right call I am very satisfied with the use and application. Unfortunately, 1 year later my lift jack wireless remote wont work, I am told we have to cut a hole in the panel to access the device to unlock get it to work.... I am NOT upset about the work or craftmanship.... things will break (or one of my family may have inadvertently put it in vacation mode or unplugged it). I just wish that I had been offered another means to open the door.... I am learning now that a cheap keyed switch would have done this... Again I love the door and the side jack but not informing me of the options is now going to be a pain in the butt and lot more expensive than a simple key.... feel free to delete I am not an angry customer just wanted to give you some feed back on how I would have been more satisfied as a customer. Again the installer Jose is very skilled, does excellent work and is a very good rep for your company in the field.... Give him a product with more diversity and I believe you will not be disappointed. ..... I hope this was helpful. I like your company and the people. The Dispatcher/Office was also very helpful.

When I went on your website I already had a Precision garage door, The receptionist was very helpful. After I made my appointment with her,your company emailed me a confirmation to let me know that all was ready for the service. What I really liked was that you have your employee's picture on the confirmation email. It made me feel very secure to know who to expect at the door. Mark the serviceman was very customer oriented, he was very profesional and very polite. I purchased a $1,100 garage door opener, installed 4/5/14. Last night it became stuck open. I called today 4/20 to have it repaired. I was told a technician would come out between 2-4pm. At 4p, I called again because no technician arrived. Customer Service rep tried to reach technician but not answer. She then tried to reach a manager or other technician but not answer. Now I have an 8a-12p appointment tomorrow. I have to stay home from work to wait for technician. I had to stay home from Easter at brother's today because I did not want my washer/dryer stolen from my open garage. Sure hope technician shows up!!!!
