I chose Precision because it is locally owned and got great reviews. My technician Derek was fantastic! I had a busted spring and severely worn rollers. I chose the repair that best suited my needs and Derek beat both the estimate and the schedule. Very friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend them!

Spring broke on our garage door with a loud pop at 7:30am this morning. Called Precision Door at 10:45am and done by 2pm a new spring. That is prompt service. Carlos Barragan was great communicating on the problem, options to solve the problem and in general great explanation of next steps.

A resounding yes many many times over, professional, courteous, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Extremely good at his work & answered all my questions to my satisfaction. One thing in your ads that really impressed me was your trucks are like rolling warehouses. Everything he needed to do the job was on the truck even if it wasn’t part of the original job. I chose Precision Door Service because of the commercials on TV and a lack of knowledge of other garage door companies and a dissatisfaction with the last two companies that I used. My experience with Precision was absolutely fantastic, which is not always the case with all service companies. The technician that assisted me with my garage door opener was excellent! He explained all of the options available in a very friendly and courteous manner. He did an awesome job and completed the work under two hours! I now have a garage opener that is smooth (not noisy) and has a light! I am extremely impressed with Precision! I am definitely a customer for life!

Was not expecting to be so disappointed my garage had a single 30'' torsion spring and was talked into installing two smaller ones for a price per spring at $205 each. Ok so far i was not happy with this after being sent my bill i noticed that a charge for $99.95 for tune and lube all he did was pull out a can of dry lube spray the rollers and pivet pins then a little grease on the track and was gone total grease time maybe one minuet for $100 think i should have looked for more bids. Did reach out to talk to someone was told someone would be calling back never happened.

We had a small accident that bent our garage door and bumped it off the track. We were given an appointment quickly and our Precision service provider arrived promptly. He gave us options regarding panel replacement and door replacement. He also offered to put the door back on track, tweak the bent panel to get it back in position as good as possible and send us an estimate on a replacement door. We went for this last suggestion. He was very courteous and helpful. When we are ready to replace our door, we will be calling on Precision again. Thank you!

Jose Perea was our Tech. He showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. He is very outgoing and has a positive personality, along with great customer service skills. Didn't try to over sell us, but was honest in what we needed. He is extremely knowledgeable in the trade and his work ethic shows attention to every detail.
