The two reasons I cannot give 5 stars for your service to remove and replace the springs on my garage door. First, I had originally scheduled a service call for Friday evening. No one called or showed up to do the job. If I have received a call to reschedule because of a previous job taking longer than expected, I would have graciously understood. But no call at all???! Second, I asked the technician on the phone to send me an invoice for the work. This has not been done! I need an invoice please for my business books. I think you will understand my request. The fact that we didn't show up on Friday night was our scheduling mistake...the technician did not realize this call was scheduled. Our process is to call ahead of time to let the customer know the time of arrival but the tech had no knowledge of the call. My apology to Mr. Allan. Don Taylor, President In regards to the comment on not receiving an invoice, here is Mr. Allan's email: Thank you for the invoice. Please ignore my comment on my review that stated that I had not received one; I simply did not see it in my inbox. Thank you again.

This is the 2nd time that Jose has come out. I am very pleased with him and with his service. He repaired a problem that another company caused. The electric eyes were in the wrong place and did not respond they way that they should have.

Made an appointment expressing that I most likely needed a replacement garage door opener. I never received any calls prior to appointment, detailing what my options were or what was available. Technician showed up without any openers available. He stated that they were currently out of doors, yet the installation price would increase if I were to provide my own. I asked him to check on the availability of a door opener, and call me back to set up an install. I never received any call back after over a week.

Thank you Precision, your quick response on the same day was a life saver as my car was stuck in the garage and the night before the door almost fell on my new car. Whereas I thought that an exchange of door openers was a simple job, after seven hours, I could not get the travel and force setting correct and the door would not function properly. Lucky for me, Brent was able to make the adjustments required to complete the job. Thank you!

I chose Precision because their technicians are certified, and Precision is a member of the BBB. My Garage door spring was broken and Jose repaired it efficiently and double and tripled checked to make sure that the garage worked appropriately after he had finished his work. Jose showed me the parts that I currently had on my garage in comparison to the ones that he was going to replace and there was a vast difference (i.e old parts were plastic new ones by Precision were heavier metal).
