Excellent Technicians...the openers had problems 24hrs after being installed. The motor on one of the gagrge did not work well. The second tech forgot to program the outsider key pads.. So I am left waiting. Both technicians were courteous and friendly..Not sure when all thiw will be resolved?????

I was very impressed with the quick service on a Sunday. The technician was very pleasant. I was a little disappointed in the cost of the repair. After completing some research on garage door spring repairs, I found that I paid $100-$200 more than the average. This puts a person in a precarious situation when you rely so heavily on your garage door.

Mark showed up a few hours after I called on a Saturday afternoon and had the repair done in about an hour and a half. since my car was outside when the door broke I would have had to park on the street almost two blocks away for the weekend. This prompt and courteous service kept me from having to do that.

The Service Tech Bill, arrived on time. Gave me several options to think about. We had be having trouble for a while with the door so we choose to replace springs, and the stuff that goes with the springs. Purchased a new garage door opener. Had my garage door repaired back in 2010 and all parts were under warranty by the same company. Two tech's arrived at my door in less than 24 hrs. They were able to diagnosis the issue and in less than 35 mins they had installed new drums, cables and resolved my issue. They also fixed the gap at the bottom of the door. They only charged a small labor fee which I was more than happy to pay. Great service and a lifetime warranty on parts. Thanks again...

I found Precision Door Service in my local yellow pages. My husband was having trouble with his single door opening so I called Precision they came within the four hour window block that had been given to me. My technician was Jose as soon as he saw the door he knew what the problem was, very simple a rake was blocking the sensor. He told me there would be no charge and he would be on his way, but feeling guilty for my stupidity I asked if he would please check out the doors anyway to avoid future problems. He kindly checked the doors out and explained that I had the wrong springs on my door and showed me the problem. He did tell me that I could burn out the motor in the future and that I would then have a problem. So being he was already here and to avoid future issues I asked him to please correct the problem. He had all the parts fixed the springs on both my doors greased the tracks now my doors work just fine and are much more quiet when raising them up. I will be sure to recommend Precision Doors to friends and I will call them again if I ever have a garage door problem again. It is so awesome to see that there are honest professionals out there you just need to know where to find them. There e-mail system and site was very easy to navigate and very informative. Primarily chose Precision because it was late on a Friday afternoon when my garage door 'broke.' The technician who came to repair it that evening was prompt and efficient and repaired it enough to close. When the technician came to install my new garage door and opener, again - prompt and efficient and was only there for 2 hours and I appreciate the clean-up of debris after installation. Both technicians were courteous and respectful.
