Gary was very efficient and helpful. He was not able to repair the opener issue since I have American Home Shield and called them to actually replace the opener. Gary waited while I contact AHS to see if he would be able to replace the opener for them. AHS could not find that your firm is contracted with them. Chose your company because of the Angi's List special.

I purchased a remote for my garage which never worked with both of the garage doors. I called 3 times and when the technician came , he reprogramed the remote. The next day the remote control was not working again. I paid $85 for a remote that did not work and they could not fix it.

I was in quite a jam after my garage door spring broke and twisted my garage door and support rails around 3pm in the afternoon. It was important to attempt to repair the garage that same evening as I had several appointments the next day. After calling several garage door specialists, Precision Garage Door was the only company that could send out a specialist the same evening. Right on schedule David White showed up at my residence. He was courteous and professional and proceeded with complete inspection of the garage door. After selecting the appropriate repair package David proceeded with repairs. He had all the parts required on hand and completed the repair in a very timely manner. The workmanship looked great and the garage door operation was better than new. I am very pleased with the complete service from Precison Garage Door and will definitely recommend your company to my friends and family.

I highly recommend this company. I purchased my garage door only a few years ago from a company that said it had a lifetime warranty...only to find out not everything was warranted, so when a cable broke and caused addtional damage I chose to have precision do the repair instead. They pointed out all kinds of errors in the original installation (the best purchase price isn't always the best deal.) Precision fixed everything, they were on time and professional. I will definitely send friends their way.

The service tech pointed out what needed to be done to repair my door, & I fully expected him to fix it. He proceeded to do something else, which doesn't look like it will last. He asked if I was 100% satisfied, & I said No. He spent a couple of hours fashioning a bracket out of my punched angle & then charged me for the punched angle & labor to do it. I fully expected to pay more to have my door fixed, but it was NOT properly fixed & now I'm facing the prospect of having to hire someone else to properly fix it. I have pictures of what I'm talking about if anyone is interested in seeing them.

I contact Mr. Lyon about his situation after speaking with our technician and offered to return and install wood to attached the springs to. The punched angle solution is one that is used when there is no wood backing but we were willing to install the necessary backing. About 10 days later when we contacted him to schedule it, he stated he would have another company do the work. Don Taylor

We had a broken spring and was impressed with the reviews from former customers. we are very pleased with the quality of work performed. Bought the classic package for $599.00 not being told that it is not transperable(it was on the back of the agreement but was not ask to read the back of the page), since we will be selling the property this year I try to call Don Taylor to request to cancel the classic agreement but he was not available. I talked to Bianca and explain the situation, hopefully Precision will understand my situation. I would like to know how much it will cost to just pay what was repaired without buying the classic package.

I spoke with Mrs. Andraded and explained that the price she paid was a discounted package price and we don't have a way of eliminating the warranty from the package...it comes with the package. All of our repairs typically include so kind or warranty that can range from 30 days to limited lifetime.

We selected Precision as they installed our roll-up door springs a few years ago and always provided good impromptu service for problems. Our opener broke on a Sunday afternoon. I called Precision and was surprised (and thankful) that they could send someone out that day. Gary Pomfret was the real hero of Superbowl Sunday! He arrive on time, installed our new opener and showed us the adjustment features. This opener runs so smooth and quiet we hardly know it's moving. Gary did a great job!

Great job. The doors main spring broke. When he got finishes with the estimate as usual I first thought too high. But he went through every part and explained why it was bad. So after the explanation it was a great quote and fair. It ended up better than it was when I bought it 10 years ago with a life time warranty. I would recommend Precision to any person.

On Christmas eve our garage door would not close. After calling AHS they told us that their service person(Edge garage door) would not be able to help us for two days. Not good to have garage door open for that long. We had used Precision in our Crestline home and they were great! I found their number and called . Dave Culver was here within 2 hours and fixed the door to be able to close. We decided to replace both our doors and opener and have a keypad installed. Brent Bassett came and did the final measure and our new "lifetime" doors were installed. They look great! Everyone we talked to at Precision Door in Temecula was very helpful. Thanks to all of you.

They showed up a little late for our install but other than that they did a good job at a good price. We had several other company's come out for estimates and all the other company's could not do the install for a few weeks. Where precision did the install just a few days later. We had planned on going with Mesa because we heard them on the radio all the time but after two different attempts on getting one of there guys out to us and neither one could find us because they could not follow simple directions I gave up on them. And precision was great
