Today I had a garage door problem at 1:30 in the afternoon so I went on a search for a company and found Precision Door and the reviews were great so I called and they were able to schedule me for between 2 and 6. And would call 30 minutes before arrival. Well about 30 minutes later I got a call that he was on his way. He checked it out and diagnosed the problems and gave me 3 options for repairs. He got right to work, was knowledgeable, polite, respectful and finished in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company for your repairs or replacement.

I called at 2PM and by 3PM Benny was there ready to go to work. He was kind, got right to the issue and fixed it below estimated amount. Courteous and professional Benny got the work done in under 1 hr and now my garage door is as good as new. I would call Precision Door Service anytime - as long as Benny was the guy they send! 5/5 Stars! Thank you!

I have used your company for several years now and this time when I called in I asked for (Benny) the lady that answered said she didn’t have a Benny on the list. I was happy when the truck arrived it was Benny. I say this because in the past I had others that came and even before they got to work on the problem they tried to upsell me to the point I was not going to call them any longer until I was sent Benny. He gets right to the problem fixes it and he does let me know that my garage door will need to have some work done, but he is kind and not pushy.Keep him and I will continue to be a faithful customer.Tell the scheduling lady(call center) to read her list,it might be short for Benjamin…

I like your commercials. I like the part that the installers look like company employees and not subcontractors. I called Benny Urbino and he came out took care of all my concerns. It was great, Carlos came out and installed the doors it was fantastic cleaned up the job when he was done. Iam very pleased Thank you, Bruce

Hadn’t received my quote yet, so can’t comment on pricing, but I will later. However, customer service department is top tier. Unfortunately, I forgot the persons name who scheduled our consultation, but she was VERY pleasant and efficient. Benny Urbino is definitely knowledgeable at his job and super professional. Enjoyed discussing the garage door and products with him. I’d give this company 5-stars on Customer Service.
