My technician, Benny, was great. He called to let me know he was on his way. Benny made the repair to the weather stripping on my overhead door. He also sprayed the hinges, roller areas along with making an adjustment on the down force on the door. Benny is a true professional.

Absolutely outstanding service provided by Precision! Called in the afternoon for estimate / evaluation which was done the very next morning at 8am! And the Service / Sales Technician (Nick M.) was able to complete the chosen and needed repairs immediately! New garage door opener, torsion bar, torsion springs, cables, etc. Completed within 3 hours of arrival. Nick was very technically proficient and courteous. We very much enjoyed meeting him and having him fulfill our repair needs. Excellent service! Thanks Nick!

When the garage door won't work, it's a real problem for Wifey! I called Precision and they sent Benny Urbino, Technician, out the same day. We had a new garage door opener installed with new springs, etc., the next day. We're back in business. The technician arrived on time and was professional and answered all my questions and concerns. I needed a new spring, bearing plate, and two cables for my single car garage door. The technician had the repair completed in under 1/2 hour. I had chosen the $499 plan. Replacing coil springs is dangerous work even if you know what you are doing. I leave it to the experts. My only reason for a four star review is that on my receipt there was no charge for labor and only the prices of the new parts installed and no 'pass' or 'fail'check marks for the inspection points on the receipt provided me.

ABSOLUTELY DON’T GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! We call them out to replace our weather stripping around our garage. Jorge came out and assessed our garage, said we needed a bunch of work done. My husband asked him if he could replace the weather stripping, he said he didn’t have any on the truck. That’s what we called him out to do. He changed us $69.95 for an estimate. Not even to mention it was a ridiculous amount. The email they sent said to contact them before we wrote a review and they would make it right. We have called 5 times in four days with a promise that someone would call us back and no one has, what a joke!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!! ***under service perform below- A BIG FAT NOTHING for $69.95

We had used Precision about 5 years ago for garage door maintenance. This time we didn't have an emergency repair, but just needed a tune-up on our door and were looking to purchase a new opener. Called at 8:00 AM Saturday morning, and they got us a technician before noon the same day! Jorge Fortanel was courteous, professional, and explained everything to our satisfaction. Carlos did a great job repairing my garage door. He was early, had the repair complete in no time at all and was professional to the extreme. He suggested some improvements and explained why they would be helpful. He gave me up front pricing which did not change after-the-fact.
