I chose precision based off TV ads but will never choose anyone else all due to the fact of the superb service provided by the technician Jorge he was prompt knowledgeable and extremely professional top notch service fixed my issue in less than an hour

About 11 p.m. Sunday night I discovered that my 20 year old garage door opening system failed. By the next day, Monday at 2:30 p.m. I had a brand new system completely installed and functioning perfectly. I had expected that I would have to raise and close the garage door manually for at least a week before I could successfully get an appointment and have the work done. Carlos Barragan is the hero of this story. He was skilled, efficient and thorough in his workmanship, he explained and demonstrated how the system works and answered my questions, he left no trash behind, and he was friendly. At the end of a potentially depressing event my heart was singing the praises of Precision and Carlos Barragan!

I contacted Precision via their online chat feature @ 10:30 PM when our garage door spring broke, and they had someone out to replace it @ 11:30 the next morning. Derek called me just before arriving, and had everything fixed and working in about 45 minutes. I definitely recommend them!

I chatted with Tim. I do it so everything is documented. I asked for an estimate to replace the spring. I’m told there’s a $49 service call and if the work is done It’s apples to the fee. I’m told to replace the spring would b $49 to $249. So I’m ok, let’s do it. I set the appt for 2 to 4pm. Someone shows up at noon. He goes in my garage and tells me it’s gonna cost me almost $400. Something about replacing the other spring too. I told him there’s only one spring. Then he says something about having to take the other 1/2 off. No clue what he’s saying. This isn’t the first time our garage spring has broken. We have always paid for one spring. But since the spring broke, I was being charged for 2 springs because it was broke in 1/2, technically he was removing 2 springs. Lol. Go figure. He then tells me he can do it for $395 and he will waive the service call fee. Was that suppose to b taken off anyway if I had the work done?? I had another company come tell me it would b $329. I canceled them because I thought I was getting a better deal from u. I was lied to. Your company is the most expensive and there’s no warranty!! I would not recommend this company!!! Also, why make appt times if u all just show up whenever u want?!!!!

I called this company the night before and they were able to send a tech the very next day. The tech Jorge was right on time. Fixed my garage door springs and cables in a short amount of time. Our garage door spring broke on Thanksgiving evening. I called four garage door service companies the next morning. One was closed. Another had no one available until the following week due to the holiday. The third company had an open appointment time but explained they did not have the correct spring in their inventory due to the supply chain shortage. Finally, I called Precision and the friendly operator said they had the spring and someone could be out to do the repair by 2 PM that day. The technician, Alan, arrived at our home more than two hours early, having called ahead of time to notify us of his changed arrival time. Because I was at work, my wife was present for the repair. She told me Alan was very courteous and friendly. He explained the necessary repairs and completed them in a timely and efficient manner. The price of the spring replacement was in line with the other three companies' quotes. We were very pleased and relieved to have the repair done so quickly and professionally by Precision.

The tech had no idea what he was doing he charged $464.00 for installing new wheels, a service call and a tune up. The door steal won’t open and close. Then he said for $1000 he could change the springs. I said no thank you. What a rip off. Turns out just need a strap at the point where the opener attached to the door. $12.00. Mesa just tried to up sell and never fixed the problem. I call this place a rip off. The Tech was clueless about garage doors and never told me any pricing until he was done replacing 1 1/2 year old rollers that looked new. Shame on you Mesa, and Shame in me for trusting they would not rip me off. GET ESTIMATES UPFRONT.

Way over priced $600 for 2 tortion Springs It charged a $109 for 2 cables that I didn't need 93 bucks for spraying the wheels with lube spray and failing me on a bunch of stuff on the check list that are not bad and a199.00 per spring after I found the same ones on line for 49 bucks and the invoice shows both springs with the same part number but one is 3 inches shorter and worst the the door is making all kinds of snapping noises it didn't have before I'm afraid to even call them back just not fare!!!!

i have 2 homes in 2 different cities, i was so happy and pleased with the service at one of my homes, so when the garage needed to be looked at my other house i called precision again, my tech jose was fantastic, very nice, kind, sweet and very personable. I thought i need a brand new door, but after jose looked at it, he said all i needed was new parts. Everything that needed to be replaced he replaced, he did an excellent, fantastic and great job. I also appreciated his honesty by telling me that i did not a new garage door and all it was, was parts that needed to be replaced. He saved me a lot of money and i greatly appreciated that a lot, thank you to jose who worked out of riverside calif, he was fantastic and thank you to precision customer service as well for getting an appointment set up with jose, and again thank you to jose, he was absolutely fantastic, defiently deserves a very nice size raise, i greatly appreciated his hard work and dedication to his work. Also there were several parts that jose replaced and everything is in exceptional working order. I would defiently recommend precision garage door service, i am very happy with them and will continue to use them in the future.

I currently have a precision opener and the performance and quiet operation of the opener is the best. However upon making an appt to have an additional opener installed in another garage I was told a technician would be out to provide me an estimate. An appt was scheduled. On appt day 2 technicians arrived and instantly advised my existing opener sounded terrible as well as my garage door and all needed repair. Then they proceeded to to try and upsell me on services I expressed I was not interested in. I requested a quote on garage door opener and installation only and again received the high pressure sales tactic to install NOW. Fortunately I did not cave to the pressure and requested a quote in writing which I did promptly receive via email. I love my existing precision opener and know that it is worth a bit more money for a quality product. But for me personally I will go with another company before I deal with poor customer service. A professional discussion of what I want and what is available (including upgraded options) without the NOW or never pressure is so much nicer.
