I was totally pleased with Precision garage doors service. Frist, I called after 5:00 in the evening and a "real" person answered the phone. Next; a service man was here by 10:00 the next morning. He knew exactly how to fix my problem and was finished in 40 minutes. He also put on a new rubber seal, for the bottom of the door, to keep dirt and sand out of the garage. Great job Precision! I heard about Precision Door Service from friends over the years. I was meaning to have my door serviced every 2 years but forgot and let it go. I was very happy that Jorge and his partner were the one's sent to my home as they explained all to me and I understood a little but knew I had a major problem. I stayed in my home the whole time excepts a few times they did knock on the laundry room door to advice of a few things. When they were finished I came out to the garage I paid them and they left.
