Home Depot gave me the phone number. There said you did a good job and reasonable. You said we need to replace garage door spring. On our fix income you are to expensive for us.

I am very impressed by the way you do business. I was surprised to get an email announcing the technician's arrival time along with pictures of your staff for verification! Your tech, Jose, explained everything to me and I fully understood why mechanisms had to be replaced etc. He showed me the defective parts. He was great!

I'm very satisfied with the work they did. I called them late yesterday afternoon. They gave me an appt. for the next morning. They called to say they would be here in 15-20 mins. and they were. I was very impressed with the good attitude and professionalism of the technician. He presented three options and explained them thoroughly without any pressure. When I made my choice he did the job perfectly and quickly. He installed a belt drive opener and I was amazed how quite it was.
