I had an emergency! my garage door fell off and it was hanging by 1 hinge, and Precision was there in an hour ,I was so relieved when they told me that they can fix my door the next day.I am very happy with the fast service they provided me with. My only complaint is that the price was a little high for my income but I had know choice at this point, and they were there for me when I needed help. Thank you Precision.

Your tech, Jose, explained everything to me and I fully understood why mechanisms had to be replaced etc. He showed me the defective parts. He was great!

I'm very satisfied with the work they did. I called them late yesterday afternoon. They gave me an appt. for the next morning. They called to say they would be here in 15-20 mins. and they were. They installed a new door with all new hardware about a year ago, but everytime it went up and down it was super loud. I called them and they were able to have a guy out at the time that worked for me. They fixed the issue no questions asked. Great door, Great service! Will use them for all my garage door needs! Technician arrived on-time despite a long ride in 4th of July traffic, was very courteous and informative and was willing to work around the compromises of the situation(trapped cars in the way, door unable to be opened,etc.) and took some mercy on my budget. He made an attempt to repair the opener explaining that unfortunately it had burned out by the improper functioning of the mechanism over a period of time.
