Well done web site and good reviews attracted me. A waived $49.99 travel to my home fee with work performed made it even sweeter. $89-109 for an INSTALLED door cable. Acceptable. Installing a $5 brace ? I figured $150-$200 tops. Then I get the $358 bill. Blew my mind. Does my door work. Yes. Was the tech professional and courteous. Yes. Am I happy with the service. Yes. Am I happy with that bill. No.

Once the guy got here, I really felt like I was dealing with a sales man rather than a repair man. I told him I had their coupon for 15.00 off, he said they have a new program and he would have to charge me 45.00 if I wanted to use the coupon. So why do they even have coupons on their site. Also I thought it was quite pricey at 400.00 to change rwo springs.

Fantastic service on a Sunday emergency. Gilbert Garcia was great, personable and took the time to explain all my options. He did not try to upsell me or convince me I needed service I clearly didn't need. He simply explained the problem, the fix options and how to go about future upgrades if I choose. I appreciate that and when I'm not subjected to a "hard sale used car salesman" type employee. He was very good at his job and was in and out in a short period of time.

Precision ROCKS! I needed replacement of bottom rubber seal on two garage doors at my home in Hesperia: I contacted Home Advisor and explained my needs and within 15 minutes received a phone call from Precision saying that they could report within 20 minutes! Keith clearly gave me the cost upfront for the repair needed and began installing the rubber seals. He finished the seals in a very short time and lubricated the chain on the garage door openers too! He was very thorough and quick! I appreciate Precision's quick response and good service and will use them again if needed! I highly recommend their services!

Great job guys! We had an ugly pink dinosaur garage door. Our installer Carlos Jaquez took it off and o stalled a new amazing door with windows and all in about 3 hours!!! ???????? BY HIMSELF!! Fast worker, precise craftsman, the guy knows his stuff and you can tell by the finish product. He added addition wood frame as need based on our needs without hesitation. I had used Precision some years ago to repair and replace a garage door. They did excellent work back then. Recently my lift motors began to fail. They were near end-of-life. I contacted Precision. They arrived with upgraded replacements to the motors and drive mechanisms. The installation was done very well. The work guaranteed. The price was reasonable. The technician explained everything and did not mind my watching him work and learning from him.

I had a broken spring on my 25 year old garage door and decided to get "the works" (spring, cable and rollers, etc). Better safe than sorry! I chose you guys because of past experience when I was impressed by your techs. Again, I was impressed by your friendly, professional techs....and believe me...I am difficult to impress. I would give the tech an average of 2.5 points out of 5. I have 2 doors at this house he inspected only one door. he tried to release the latch from the 2nd door and he was not able or really care to do it. He program both doors ok and one of the openers cover had a screw missing and he did not secure it and left it hanging. His suggestion to me was use tape to secure the cover. After he left i secure it with a drywall screw, and is nice and tight. Very low motivation individual. I hope that this helps to make improvements to your service. Thanks, Mario A. Costa

Had a Garage door issue, the dawn thing jump the track, separated the cables and would not lift. Ran the motor one more time to try and get some response from the door and nothing. All the motor did was hum. OK, that was that not going to burn this thing out. Called Precision after seeing their commercial on tv. They were direct, honest with me about scheduling and were prompt on arrival the following day as scheduled. The technician came out, met mike for the first time, pleasant gentleman, business approach and appearance and dissect the problem immediately and gave me some options that I thought was reasonable. I chose the one I liked and he went to work on it right away. Finished the job in one to two hours and I felt like I had a brand new door. Very satisfied with the work and the customer service and put them on my speed dial immediately. They will be my first call if need be. Thanks Mike for a job well done. Hope not to see you soon.
