Your company advertises as a 24/7 service. I placed a call on Sunday but was given a next day appointment. For this reason I rate Precision with a four. However I was very impressed with the services provided by Lance. I will definitely use Precision again.

Today being Sunday at the end of the Thanksgiving weekend, I am impressed that I received same day service with no additional charge. It took Bill Weier 1 1/2 hours to get to my location and went beyond expectations and I will be doing business with Precision again.

They came on Wednesday. Charged 50 percent down. Instead of the manditory 10 percent. After the down payment was made. He told me someone will be in touch for install date. Here it is two days later and no-one has called yet.

The four star rating is due to the fact that when I initially called on a saturday evening, I was told that a technician would be coming out and was then disappointed to receive a call telling me that they made a mistake and can't send anyone out until Tuesday because the technicians only come up to the Victorville area on Tuesdays and Thursdays. A five star rating is for the technician Jose Perea. He showed up on time and was quick to fix the broken cable. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I'm 100% satisfied with the job Jose did. Thank you!

I went with the middle package that included springs, end bearings, center bearing, and rollers. My door is now quieter, smoother, and safer than it's ever been. Fortunately, there was no major problem with my garage door other than it failed to remain closed occasionally. David made a overall inspection to determine what caused the malfunction. He provided me with a check list of suggested repairs/replacements. Mr. White was prompt,pleasant, personable and professional. My garage door was not functioning and my car was stuck in the garage. I went on line looking for a company to repair the door. I called several companies and none of them would come to Barstow, except for Precision. The call was scheduled for later, but the technician finished the prior job early, and called to see if he could come earlier. That was great because I needed to get my car out. Precision was the best.
