I was not happy with the first flake that was suppose to be out Tuesday before 12:00. He called and said he would be late about 2hours. We had an appointment, so he said he would be there at 9:00 Wednesday first thing. My husband waited till 10:05 and had to leave. 10:30 the guy calls and leaves a message he was here and had to leave.I was pissed!i called and talked to a girl in the office. She did send a man out who helped us. Iam waiting for a receipt for the work done. He said it would be emailed to me.I don't think you want me to go on Facebook . I really was not to happy.thank you.

Second choice on the internet. first choice could not get here until tomorrow. Much more expensive than I was expecting. The service was more than the twice the cost of the original door 24 years ago. The young man doing the service was very efficient it seemed. He was also very polite. I am pleased with the work. $ouch!

The technician arrived on time and thoroughly examined my door. Although one of my rails was badly damaged, he did not have a good one on his truck, he removed my rail, straightened it, made it functional again and re installed it. He also re-adjusted the springs. I was glad he thought outside the box and was able to get my door repaired and working. He was at a disadvantage of having to work in extreme winds as well.

Your staff did a great job replacing my old 1970's garage door with new doors and a door opener. Your installer, Johnny, was very professional. His work was neatly done and the old door and opener were removed and hauled away; a service I really appreciate. Although the glass window panel was not included in the initial installation, Rhonda, your scheduler, did a heroic job of keeping me informed and arranging to have the proper window panel installed a week later. Thanks for making this installation a very pleasant experience.

The two reasons I cannot give 5 stars for your service to remove and replace the springs on my garage door. First, I had originally scheduled a service call for Friday evening. No one called or showed up to do the job. If I have received a call to reschedule because of a previous job taking longer than expected, I would have graciously understood. But no call at all???! Second, I asked the technician on the phone to send me an invoice for the work. This has not been done! I need an invoice please for my business books. I think you will understand my request. Mark Balsamo called prior to arriving to let me know when to expect him, and was ready to get right to work. Even though Josh was not the person originally scheduled for a repair quote, he arrived on time, he proved himself to be very efficient, was extremely courteous and very ready to answer my many questions. He gave me a tutorial/demonstration on garage door maintenance; the first I have ever received of that quality. I was so impressed with his knowledge that my husband and I had him replace the springs, cables, rollers, etc., on the spot. We now have a garage door that does not do gymnastics as it closes and is so much quieter. It may have cost a little more for the commercial quality, but we now have a lifetime guarantee for the complete door. Thank you, Josh.
