Very prompt and professional. Appt was 12-2 and he arrived at 12:05. Friendly and quick with repairs. I thought it would have taken longer than the short time he was here. Glad I left replacing the springs to the pro. Above all else, he was a retired veteran! Thank you.

We have been checking into replacing our old tilt up garage door and contacted Precision for an estimate. While we haven't decided yet, I will say that the estimate was scheduled quickly Mark came to the house and spent a lot of time not only measuring, but explaining all the ins and outs, ups and downs of garage doors and the mechanisms that move them. Mark was thorough, kind, and very personable. So for this part of the process I would give them the highest rating.

Once the technician arrived the work was done in a timely manner. I'm disappointed with the scheduling for repairs. This is the second time I have used this company. The first time the Tech arrived 6 hours after the scheduled time and spend over 4 hours installing a motor and didn't finish until almost 1 am. Today i was scheduled between 10 and 12. The Tech didn't arrive until about 3:30. Your company did call to say he would be late. Apparently you don't give your Tech enough time to do their work.

Brent came on time as scheduled, quickly diagnosed the problem and offered alternative solutions. We decided to have him install a new opener. He programmed the remote openers, cleaned up the work site and carted off the old materials. We recommend Precision highly and enthusiastically!

Technicians are friendly and know what they're doing. Fast, same day service. Only three stars because prices for parts are too high. $150 for a standard torsion spring. My door is a basic tract home roll up. Not asking to pay wholesale, but a 200% mark up is a bit much.

The cycle life of all of our torsion springs is triple that of the industry when used on a 7' high door. The springs that we use on all door repairs are the same as those we use when we grant a lifetime warranty. Friday evening door won't open even manually. Had to get our son to the airport. Phone book add said emergency service 24/7 and a person answers the phone. Dave the tech was there half hour later. Explained everything and did repair quickly. Called other places and told emergency service next day was soonest or very large charge. Precision was reasonable, and did what they promised in their ad.

This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door Service and it was a good one. As distressing as it is having to deal with an unexpected repair, Jerad's professional demeanor made the whole process pleasant. He was on-time if not a little early for the appointment time. Very courteous technician. No nonsense, went straight to the problem. Was very patient in dealing with the fact that I was the tenant and not the landlord.
