My garage door spring broke so I dug through my files and found that in 2005 it had broken and was replaced.The Technician at the time had written on the invoice lifetime warranty. I contacted the company and they sent a Tech out this afternoon, I gave them a copy of the invoice and they replaced the springs for free ($400.00 cost savings) and 9 years later all I paid was the labor of $75.00 I highly recommend Precision Door Service, they stood behind what was written on the invoice and the Tech Lance Thurlow was very professional and thorough. In the city of Eastvale we have two e-groups that residents post on and I sent positive comments to both highly recommending Percision Door Service and Lance Thurlow!!! Oh and by the way add the city of Eastvale in your drop down, we have been a city sine October of 2010. I am such a happy camper!!! Jane

Veery friendly, Kind and knowledge, thank u for your service. the only one thing I am not happy about is your produce is very bad, I install this only couple years, and i don't even use this door that much, and I already need the servos call, and it will give your company a bad review because u cary the bad product, I think you need to adjust this problem, instead just change the part, part maybe easy for u to fix but good company name is very hard to rebuild, thank u for take time to read my comment.

I was extremely impressed with Bill's commitment to service and professionalism. He arrived promptly, performed a full inspection and replaced both springs. Afterwards he realized the door was not balanced and needed a larger spring. He could have just left the regular springs on and took off, I would have never known. But he explained the door was not balanced. So he took off one of the news springs and installed a heavier spring and made sure the door worked properly. All for the same price. He even greased the opener mechanism and did not charge me. You get what you pay for. Cheap prices are all over the internet. But, integrity and character like that cannot be bought. When I need any garage door service in the future I will call Precision and specifically request Bill as the technician. Jerry - Norco, CA

Yesterday, my garage opener stopped working...I immediately called for repair since it was recently installed....Jose called me ahead of time before arrival & immediately started trouble shooting the problem. Jose told me that there's was no charge for the dispatch service call & that me feel at ease. He was able to fixed the issue by replacing the motor module & sensors. Jose was very courteous & professional & would love to have that kind of service again if problem arise. Jose was professional and called ahead of time to notify me Of his approximate arrival time. Once Jose took a look at the door he did not go into any Sales pitch which was a plus I knew where the problem was and He told me my options of which I chose the median only due to budget concern because this was a last minute malfunction. He replaced the springs and cable and balanced the door and It worked even better than before where I had to assist the door open at times. I would recommend precision to any and all of My friends and family. Even same day service. For me all around Best experience. When I remodel the garage I will be giving precision a call!

I had new door and opener installed. Staff was able to make a quick appointment. Mike came out soon thereafter and was knowledgeable for best selection. After quoting he was able to move on his price, which is always a plus for me because it saved me the time of having to get more quotes. And, I'm assuming prospective customers will read this. This being the case, be sure to ask for Johnny their installer. I was very happy with him. The guy has installation down to a science, which makes for a quality job and quick in and out. A pro job. Plus he has a polite personality. I'm happy with the work and service and would recommend.
