I was very pleased with the service today. My garage door wouldn't close. I have to leave this afternoon and didn't want to leave it up. Brent was here sooner than I expected, which made things much easier for me. He was courteous and helpful, and the garage door works well now.

After having dealt with the problem for a while and attempting to fix it myself, I finally surrendered and called for assistance. Good call on my part because now it works great. My appointment was for 12pm to 2pm. Jose arrived right at 12 and identified the problem. He gave me options the available to me and I chose to purchase the new garage door opener. Although the price was higher than I hoped to pay, the quality of the product and the warranty led me to make the purchase. Jose installed the opener quickly and cleaned up after he was done. He explained how everything works and was very pleasant and professional during the process. The product works perfectly and is as quiet as Jose promised. Very happy with the experience.

Jose was nice and fast. I was going to just replace my broken springs, but after I mentioned that my wife was wondering why don't they have lifetime warranty on springs, Jose told me about the lifetime deal of $800, which came with new rollers. So, I decided to get it and not have to worry about paying for another repair.

Your company is amazing, from the introduction on the computer of the technician that is coming and his picture to the completed repair. I like the respect that was given to me by his knowledge of all the options to fix the door to the choice of installing a whole replacement. It was like these are your options, and you chose the best option for you at this time. Never did I feel "less than" because I chose the repair over the new door, and it looks great. A+

Work Performed was to replace my broken old garage garage door opener that had a broken screw drive assembly. I choose Precision because they provide service on weekends (this was a Saturday) allowing me to get the problem fixed instead of waiting until a week day. The technician arrived exactly as I was told he would. Plus he called 30 minutes before arriving which I greatly appreciated. Also my new opener has a lifetime guarantee except for the the electronics.

Jose was awesome..he took his time to make sure it was the correct springs even after he already finished installing it. I wouldn't have known the difference if they were the right springs or not but he went ahead and took everything off and put in the correct springs. I am very satisfied with Jose's work and would definitely give them a call for any future garage related issues.

Found Precision on internet - website very informative & had a lot of positive reviews. Rated them a 5 because able to come next day, courteous over phone, called ahead of time on day of appointment to let me know technician on the way, technician was friendly, informative & helpful. Suggested ways to increase life of garage door but not pushy with selling. I would definitely call them again if I have any more garage door repairs.
