Cody came out to check my garage door because it was not closing properly. It gets within about one foot of closing and then goes back up. Cody studied the problem and then lubed all of the moving parts. Although the door is quieter, today it again malfunctioned several times! I think Cody did the best he could but my door is still not fixed.

WOW! After my garage door spring snapped in half tonight (6:00pm) I found Precision Door Service online and was impressed with the online reviews (of course you can't believe everything you read, right?) I immediately called hoping to get someone to come out within 24 hours...the receptionist was very kind and asked if she could put me on hold...only to find out she would have someone out to me within the hour! 20 minutes later, Technician JOSE was at my door. After a quick inspection of my garage door and an explanation of how the spring/hardware broke (over 12 years old), he was off and repairing. Less than an hour later, my garage door was up and running!!! I can't tell you how easy, professional and super friendly Jose is. I'd give you a gazillion stars if possible! Thanks so much Precision/Jose - You are forever in my Garage Repair file for any future needs!!

Jose did a great job at my house replacing our garage door openers. To get to my appointment on time, he came in early for his shift to cover for someone else who was out sick. I chose Precision because I was told over the phone your trained techs would have everything they need to repair or replace my garage door motor on their truck. I am a new mom and really needed my door fixed asap. The techs were great but they only had a $500 unit on their truck. I think your techs should have more then one option for replacement. I purchased the unit and the tech was great that was here. I just wish I could have replaced my unit with a less expensive option.

Found Precision on internet - website very informative & had a lot of positive reviews. Rated them a 5 because able to come next day, courteous over phone, called ahead of time on day of appointment to let me know technician on the way, technician was friendly, informative & helpful. Suggested ways to increase life of garage door but not pushy with selling. I would definitely call them again if I have any more garage door repairs.
