My appointment was for 12pm to 2pm. Jose arrived right at 12 and identified the problem. He gave me options the available to me and I chose to purchase the new garage door opener. Although the price was higher than I hoped to pay, the quality of the product and the warranty led me to make the purchase. Jose installed the opener quickly and cleaned up after he was done. He explained how everything works and was very pleasant and professional during the process. The product works perfectly and is as quiet as Jose promised. Very happy with the experience.

I was going to just replace my broken springs, but after I mentioned that my wife was wondering why don't they have lifetime warranty on springs, Jose told me about the lifetime deal of $800, which came with new rollers. So, I decided to get it and not have to worry about paying for another repair.

Work Performed was to replace my broken old garage garage door opener that had a broken screw drive assembly. I choose Precision because they provide service on weekends (this was a Saturday) allowing me to get the problem fixed instead of waiting until a week day. The technician arrived exactly as I was told he would. Plus he called 30 minutes before arriving which I greatly appreciated. Also my new opener has a lifetime guarantee except for the the electronics.

Jose was awesome..he took his time to make sure it was the correct springs even after he already finished installing it. I wouldn't have known the difference if they were the right springs or not but he went ahead and took everything off and put in the correct springs. I am very satisfied with Jose's work and would definitely give them a call for any future garage related issues.
