We choose Precision after seeing the great reviews online. From the moment we called at 11 p.m. on a Friday we received great customer service and were able to schedule an appointment for the following day (Saturday). Our technician Bill was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He called to inform me of his status and once here he explained everything and provided options with no pressure. Although our home was his last call of the day, he never made it seem like he was in a hurry to finish. He repaired the garage door and then showed me the repairs he had made. Our garage door is the quietest we have ever heard it thanks to the awesome work. Thank you so much Bill for the awesome work and service. We would definitely utilize your services in the future.

The service provided by Bill Weier was outstanding. Although he was not able to complete the shop on his 1st day, he was out early the next morning to ensure all repairs were done and done timely. Brent checked out the whole system and replaced the circuit board, Tuesday 11/26/13... The brand new Precision Garage door controller failed immediately after your installer, Jose, left, Friday afternoon, 11/22/13. Malfunctions do happen, but it would have been better if it had happened early during the week. You took care of it and I am satisfied.
