The technician was very helpful and shared his knowledge with me, which helps when you are spending a good amount of money. I feel that the up pricing on the parts was a bit high, but probably an industry wide issue. I do not think I would use any other company. The technician was on time, and being able to know who was coming to my house prior to the day really helps out.

I want to thank Lance for the fast and professional service he provided in repairing my garage door. Actually, we picked you out of the phone book about six months ago, when the spring on our garage door broke. You sent out Brent, who convinced us that the one spring we had should be replaced by the double spring, and we were impressed with the lifetime warranty you offered. We choose Precision after seeing the great reviews online. From the moment we called at 11 p.m. on a Friday we received great customer service and were able to schedule an appointment for the following day (Saturday). Our technician Bill was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He called to inform me of his status and once here he explained everything and provided options with no pressure. Although our home was his last call of the day, he never made it seem like he was in a hurry to finish. He repaired the garage door and then showed me the repairs he had made.
