Bill was very courteous with a smile on his face the whole time he was here. Our garage door was tweaked and he charged according to what he saw and later he said it wasn't as bad as he thought. He did a good job and we are pleased with his work. He is a nice young man. The only problem I had was that I originally paid almost 700.00 in 2010 and the guy told me it would be a forever fee for fixing the door FOREVER. My husband has parkinsons and can't do anything so I paid the 700.00 to be covered. Now they say that is only for parts so I feel I was overcharged the first time. He told me it was for anything that would happen but now I am paying again. I talked to Don and he did take some off this time but I felt I shouldn't have to pay at all. My neighbors told me I was really taken the first time and I feel that way too. What does FOREVER for anything mean to you? Dorothy Rumph

Thank you very much for your response. There was a misunderstanding of our lifetime warranty. Our customers' understanding was that everything that could happen to the door is covered forever, regardless to what it may be. We replaced all of the vital parts on her door system, and we warrantied all of those items for as long as the customer lives in the home. There are other things that may happen that are outside this warranty, such as crashing the door with a vehicle, cracks in the door sections, or even other part failures. Such was the cash here. We did attempt to mitigate the expense due to the misunderstanding, as we always want our customers to be 100% satisfied. Don Taylor

I was very impressed with your ad in the yellow pages that let me know you had certified, uniformed technicians. I was also impressed when I got the email confirming our appointment with pictures of the technicians. Thank you for sending Cody to repair the garage door for us. It was a pleasure to meet him as he was friendly and courteous as well as on time for the appointment.
