Bill was very courteous with a smile on his face the whole time he was here. Our garage door was tweaked and he charged according to what he saw and later he said it wasn't as bad as he thought. He did a good job and we are pleased with his work. He is a nice young man. The only problem I had was that I originally paid almost 700.00 in 2010 and the guy told me it would be a forever fee for fixing the door FOREVER. My husband has parkinsons and can't do anything so I paid the 700.00 to be covered. Now they say that is only for parts so I feel I was overcharged the first time. He told me it was for anything that would happen but now I am paying again. I talked to Don and he did take some off this time but I felt I shouldn't have to pay at all. My neighbors told me I was really taken the first time and I feel that way too. What does FOREVER for anything mean to you? Dorothy Rumph

Thank you very much for your response. There was a misunderstanding of our lifetime warranty. Our customers' understanding was that everything that could happen to the door is covered forever, regardless to what it may be. We replaced all of the vital parts on her door system, and we warrantied all of those items for as long as the customer lives in the home. There are other things that may happen that are outside this warranty, such as crashing the door with a vehicle, cracks in the door sections, or even other part failures. Such was the cash here. We did attempt to mitigate the expense due to the misunderstanding, as we always want our customers to be 100% satisfied. Don Taylor

I was very impressed with your ad in the yellow pages that let me know you had certified, uniformed technicians. I was also impressed when I got the email confirming our appointment with pictures of the technicians. Thank you for sending Cody to repair the garage door for us. It was a pleasure to meet him as he was friendly and courteous as well as on time for the appointment. He explained the problem with the garage door opener and gave us the options of what could be done to make it work the best and last the longest. Keep up the good work!

A problem occured with the installation of my new garage door which was partly due to previous construction in the garage. After only one phone call, the techs were out the next morning. They were courteous, friendly, professional and eager to please. They were open to my suggestions as to how to solve the problem and together we got it corrected to our mutual satisfaction. A very good experience with your company. The gentlemen that saved the day was named Dean.... Polite, thorough, respectful. Explained all my options available. I will recommend your company to everyone I know. From my phone call at 8 am.... And a person answered, set up appt quickly. They did a great job. Tech was on time, friendly, and dressed appropriate. Professional evaluation,gave several options without pressuring. Advised me of all aspects of the job and cleaned up after. I have nothing negative about my expirence. I appreciated the lifetime warranty on all the moving parts. However, I was provided with nothing in writing at the time. I was told it will come in my email but haven't seen it yet. I assume I will get it but I like to see things in writing before giving my money. That was the only problem I had. I think if you have time to send this my receipt could have also been sent at the same time

The technician was very helpful and shared his knowledge with me, which helps when you are spending a good amount of money. I feel that the up pricing on the parts was a bit high, but probably an industry wide issue. I do not think I would use any other company. The technician was on time, and being able to know who was coming to my house prior to the day really helps out.

His honesty was refreshing and I felt he truly cared about resolving my problem the best way he could and wasn't just looking to make a quick buck. WOW! CAME HOME FROM WORK, GARAGE DOOR BROKEN. NO OPEN OR CLOSE. WENT TO THE INTERNET. FIRST ONE I FOUND WAS PRECISION. EVERYTHING SOUNDED GREAT SO I CALLED THEM THAT EVENING. Actually, we picked you out of the phone book about six months ago, when the spring on our garage door broke. You sent out Brent, who convinced us that the one spring we had should be replaced by the double spring, and we were impressed with the lifetime warranty you offered. Then, this Sunday, when the door would not stay closed, we contacted you again, and Brent was the one who responded. He explained that the door opener cog had broken, and that it was time to replace it.
