I called yesterday, and they were able to send a technician today, Jose Perea. He did a good job, he fixed my garage door by changing the sensor, and then advised me that the springs will need to be replaced soon as well. I decided to change them right away, and he spent the extra time doing so, no need to make an additional appointment; And indeed the garage door didn't make any clanking noises as it opened and closed once the springs were changed. The repair process was very fast and efficient, Jose completed the work in less than 90mins. Thank you!

Called late Saturday evening expecting Noone to answer. Rep answered, told her my garage door spring had broken and we set a appt for today Sunday. Techician arrived ahead of the appt time and readily replaced the springs with better ones. Checked and lubed all the rollers and rods. The rep was very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service! I will use Precision again if the need arises and most certainly recommend you.

Dean, The sales rep. was outstanding. Kind of rare these days to sit down with someone who talks with you and isn't pushing the hard pressure sale. This was a homeowners insurance claim, so he knew we had a budget to work with. He listened, made suggestions and more importantly, met the needs of the person who was most invested : my wife! She walked away from Dean's visit knowing she got the door she wanted. And more importantly, we kept it within our budget! When we get the door installed, I'm sure I'll have another positive review.

Jose was very personable and a great representative of Precision. He explained my options and found that with a broken spring and motor to replace the whole system. The new opener is modern (WIFI), dual lights and remotes, so I can open the door with my built-in remote in my car or use my smart phone. A neighbor, two doors down, has the same problem with his door and I recommended Precision. Great job Jose.

A small SNAKE was wrapped around the cable pulley that lifts up my garage door. As a result, when it started to raise, the body of the snake guided the cable off the pulley causing the door to bend to one side as it rose. Now all the tracks, and rollers, and door are damaged, bent, coming off the walls.I Can't believe this is happened. Only in Beaumont! PS the snake is dead. Lucky for me I called Precision Garage Door. Mike came over and made a bad situation into a good one in no time at all. I would recommend this service to everybody who needs it. Thanks Mike.
