This was a wonderful experience. The woman who took my phone call was efficient and give me two choices of appointment times same day. Justin called before the appointment time and asked if it was a good time for him to show up which was amazing because I’ve never had anybody do that before they usually just have you waiting. He was professional, efficient, fair, and ethical. I usually worry about getting ripped off and this was great. I previously used another garage door repair company but I am going to change and stick with Precision.

The installation of the garage door opener was excellent. The technician showed up as promised and promptly completed the job, including removal of our old unit and all of the packing material. The star rating would be higher, but for the following: The technician had trouble processing our credit card payment, and ended up entering it multiple times. I have delayed completing this survey, as one of the duplicate charges has not been completely resolved. After several calls to your company and to our bank one extra charge remains only “conditionally” reversed. Our bank advised us today that they have received no response to their inquires regarding the remaining disputed amount.

I've seen the adds for years, and have a few trusted friends that have used Precision in the past and were very satisfied. I now understand why. Setting up the appointment was easy. The lady I spoke with, Jeannie I think, was polite, easy to understand, and friendly. Derek, the installer, did as Jeannie promised. He called about 15 minutes prior to arrival. He did a review of my current garage door opener and offered three options to address my problem. All no pressure. Once I made my selection, he went to work immediately. It was great to see a person, in the trades, that enjoys what they do. I asked him about working with Precision. "I really like it." And you could tell by his attention to detail and focus on the job at hand. In and out in a few hours. He took away all the trash and old opener. EZE PEEZZE.

I have used Precision Garage Door several times and am always impressed about the personable and yet professional and timely service they provide. Today I had Justin Pearson successfully repair my Liftmaster opener with the telephonic assistance of a Liftmaster technician. When the opener functioned properly again, I could see a big smile in Justin’s face as he readily admitted that he too had learned something new today. With that he cemented my confidence that I will always be in good hands with Precision Garage Door.

Just finished repairing our two car garage door that went off rail. Got charged over $2K. Repair person did not offer “Good”, “Better” or “Best” quotations. Went straight to offer “Best” repair quote at over $2000. Found out there was a “Good” repair option at about $600 and “Better” option at around $1300 after paying off the invoice. Called management for explanation but did not return my call. Boasting their “life time warranty” which has many limitations. Learned a very expensive lesson. Please do your homework and compare prices before using their service! The worse is you lose $69.99 estimation fee. Not like me, overpaying thousand plus. Not very honest business practice. Take precaution before commit!

Garage door opener break-downs always occur suddenly, and always at an awful time, in this case, late in the afternoon and before many important events. Precision provided service early the next morning, quickly replaced all the broken parts and installed a new opener. Technician Jose Perea was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and helpful. I was impressed with every aspect of Precision's business.

Dear Precision, I was so very surprised to have your wonderful, & more than qualified Jose Perea show up early the same day I called you for several things wrong with my main Garage door. The Broken main spring was the main problem with several minor issues. He was quick to introduce himself and even faster to diagnose and jump right in to his work at hand. He followed my wishes to the letter and the job was completed in about 40 minutes or less. Jose picked up after himself even sweeping the area he worked in. He gave me a list of suggestions also for preventive maintenance issues so I could get more life out of the new unit. I learned where all the most important grease or oil areas are located. I could not have ever asked for a better Company or service rep. to perform this repair job. I will never ever call anyone but Precision & ask for Jose if I ever have any further Garage door problems again. The other door is 14 years old and even after preforming the preventative maintenance on the 2nd door the next day you just never know when a spring will break or a controller will give out. Oh and they do help out us Veterans some also. Give them your business and you will not be sorry you did. I wasn't.

Technician Jorge was amazing, listened to my concerns and took care of a LOOOOOONG STANDING repair request I had since August of 2021. I originally suggested/referred Precison to friends asking for a garage door company. But, I will no longer recommend your company. I've called since August to make a simple repair to my LED light, tech came out that first call and that was it. I've made multiple calls, left messages for manager and NO ONE CALLS BACK OR SENDS OUT A TECH TO FINISH THE REPAIR. SUUUUPER DISAPPOINTED WITH MANAGEMENT
