Our garage door spring broke. Almost on top of me .so I needed someone to fix it. I looked on google saw the first one with a phone # and I called. Thinking it’s going to take about 3 days for someone to come fix it. Nope same day. An hour after I called I got a call I’m 10 min away. I said great come and fix it. 45 min and it was all done great service and friendly answered all my questions. Thank you

Based on his inspection, professionalism and expertise we elected to invest a bit more than expected. Within a fairly short time period our garage doors were renovated & a new state of the art opener installed. We are very happy and would highly recommend this company.

I called Precision after finding it on line and it having an A+ rating with the BBB. I called in the afternoon and dealt with Lonnie who was very professional and helpful and set us up with their tech Jose Perea. Jose came out the very next day in a timely manner. He was very professional, friendly and really experienced. Our opener was fixed in a matter of minutes and is working like it was brand new. We will be installing a new door and opener in the near future and will be using Precision because of Jose's expertise. It's so nice to deal with a company that is honest and customer friendly. I came home last night to discover that I could not open my garage door. Turned out to be a broken spring. I called the number on their website and was immediately given an appointment for today. Carlos arrived a little early (which was just fine with me), assessed the situation and explained his findings and plan to remedy the issue. He went to work quickly and had everything repaired in short order. Carlos was professional and polite.
