Have used Precision company before this is our 3 time. Happy with jobs done. First time springs broke, 2 years ago rails need repair and now 10 years after wear and tear, we need a new Door. Repairman knew their jobs.

Technician Jorge was amazing, listened to my concerns and took care of a LOOOOOONG STANDING repair request I had since August of 2021. I originally suggested/referred Precison to friends asking for a garage door company. But, I will no longer recommend your company. I've called since August to make a simple repair to my LED light, tech came out that first call and that was it. I've made multiple calls, left messages for manager and NO ONE CALLS BACK OR SENDS OUT A TECH TO FINISH THE REPAIR. SUUUUPER DISAPPOINTED WITH MANAGEMENT

We are very happy with the service we received from Jose Perea this morning. We contacted a couple of other companies about our garage door not closing properly, but we were not impressed with those conversations. We had a much better response from Precision and were scheduled for the next morning. Jose arrived as scheduled and quickly diagnosed several problems with our garage door. He gave us several options and explained costs and consequences clearly. We chose to have the current 16' by 7' garage door reinforced, plus replacing old springs and opener motor. Jose worked very quickly and efficiently, explaining in a friendly manner as he went along. The results were impressive with much better operation of the door. He told us we will be good to go for a long time to come, even though we elected to keep our old door, saving considerable money. You will get excellent service and results if Jose does your job. Thanks, Jose! P.S.: We got more done than the only one choice allowed for service and product purchased in this review site.

Excellent job by Jose Perea, did not charge extra for me watching in spite of what my wife said. All kidding aside, very professional, made the installation look simple. Very pleased with the LiftMaster 8500W side mount opener. Jose even programed my vehicles to open the garage door before he left and hauled away all the trash and old opener as part of the service.

A good decision to select Precision to replace the broken Power Unit on my garage door. Jorge gave me a fair price and started the replacement immediately. He made several safety suggestions which I bought. He completed the jpb in about 1 1/2 hrs.

Your choice to use them, and obviously they have other great reviews but here is a little bit about my experience. Disappointed with Precision. Explanation: I saw the Precision advertisement during the Dodgers playoff game. I called, and asked about getting an estimate for garage door repair/replacement. The commercial advertisement states free estimate and when I made the appointment with the call center, I asked about free estimate and was told there is a free estimate. Ultimately, I was charged $50 for an estimate for a 15 minute "review." I sent an email and got no response. I made a few calls calls back to Precision, got the call center again, left message, waited a few days and didn't get a call back. Called again, got the call center, got transferred, and the first person had no idea about the advertisement, got transferred and the second person didn't know what the service charge involved, and I was told the person who could make the decision was out of office (I truly hope all is OK with the person who was out). Now awaiting a Field Supervisor to call me back. I highly doubt I will get a refund, it is only $50, but very disappointed I was told it was a free estimate. I've been updating the house and have ensured I get at least three estimates. I can live with not getting the refund, don't like folks that don't know their own advertisements, can't explain the service received, and waiting for phone calls. I know, I went a little "karen-ish" here (and I apologize for offending anyone by using the previous term). Just sharing my experience.

My experience with Precision Garage door today keeps me coming back. I needed (urgently) repair to the frame of my garage door. I called yesterday...appointment this morning, fabulous!! Eric Parra was my technician and he was wonderful! He explained everything and repaired the framed within minutes!!! The office staff is always so accommodating and sweet. First, Jose came by to do an evaluation. Then he arranged for Carlos to come by (three days later) to do the repair work. Within about 10 minutes after Jose left and he called and asked if it would be OK if Carlos came by that afternoon to do the repair work. Of course, my answer was yes. Carlos showed up about 30 minutes before the agreed time bracket of which I had been advised. He was cleaning up about 30 minutes after he showed up to begin his work. His workmanship, efficiency, and friendliness were superb.

I called several places and they were the only ones who called me right back and set up an appointment for the next day. Derek came out to give me a quote to replace all the mechanics on my garage door that wasn’t working. He gave me several options and when I picked the best one for me, he started the job right then and had everything completed within the next hour. He walked me through how everything worked and told me if I had any questions or problems, to call him and he would come right back over and fix it. I would definitely use them again.
