Dean showed up on time. He was polite, professional assessed the problem gave me the price and then completed the job in less than one hour. I appreciated the time that Dean took to explain what was wrong and his solution to the problem. He was at my home for about one hour. Actually, we picked you out of the phone book about six months ago, when the spring on our garage door broke. You sent out Brent, who convinced us that the one spring we had should be replaced by the double spring, and we were impressed with the lifetime warranty you offered. Then, this Sunday, when the door would not stay closed, we contacted you again, and Brent was the one who responded.
