The guy showed up EXACTLY when he said he would. Was fast, friendly, and the price was more than fair. He could have tried to charge me for a lot more work, but was able to diagnose the cause of my problems to something silly, that I'd not even considered. I want to thank Lance for the fast and professional service he provided in repairing my garage door. His honesty was refreshing and I felt he truly cared about resolving my problem the best way he could and wasn't just looking to make a quick buck. I also very much appreciated the email confirmation I received and the fact that Precision has photos and bios of their technicians on their website. I don't normally give 5 stars on any review but I felt that Precision and Lance earned the 5 stars. Lance's Bios states that's he is people oriented and he most certainly is. Actually, we picked you out of the phone book about six months ago, when the spring on our garage door broke. You sent out Brent, who convinced us that the one spring we had should be replaced by the double spring, and we were impressed with the lifetime warranty you offered.
