We had three single garage doors and two new openers installed. Dean our sales represenative was very helpfull. He guided us to a set of doors and openers that would work best for our home. He didn't try to up-sell us unwanted or unneeded equipment. Dean made the whole experience low pressured and quite enjoyable at a very good price. The day of installation work was completed just as promised. Carlos our installer worked hard and always seemed to do it with a smile and a pleasant attitude. His work started on time finished quickly. I would highly recommend Precision Doors to anyone who needs new doors or openers.

I am more than happy to recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door services. I called at 7:30 am with a request to look at my 20 year old garage door, which had stopped working the day before. By 10:30 am, Jose had installed a new motor and new rollers. He was honest about what needed to be replaced and very fast and efficient in getting the work completed. We appreciated his work and his positivity. I will recommend this company to anyone wondering who to call.

Jose is so awesome, he knew right away what needed to be done to get our garage door working again and proceeded to fix the problem in a timely fashion! He was on time, called me to let me know he was on his way! We are so happy that we have a "new" garage door (well, almost, all but the door itself), and works so quiet we have to look at it to know its moving! Thank you Precision, I give you 5 stars!

I never received a proposal. I received two emails that told me I had an appointment that I did not make and then they never showed up. Also it required two different appointments, one for garage doors and another door openers. One teck could not do both. To date I have not received a quote. Moving on.

I called yesterday, and they were able to send a technician today, Jose Perea. He did a good job, he fixed my garage door by changing the sensor, and then advised me that the springs will need to be replaced soon as well. I decided to change them right away, and he spent the extra time doing so, no need to make an additional appointment; And indeed the garage door didn't make any clanking noises as it opened and closed once the springs were changed. The repair process was very fast and efficient, Jose completed the work in less than 90mins. Thank you!

Called late Saturday evening expecting Noone to answer. Rep answered, told her my garage door spring had broken and we set a appt for today Sunday. Techician arrived ahead of the appt time and readily replaced the springs with better ones. Checked and lubed all the rollers and rods. The rep was very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service! I will use Precision again if the need arises and most certainly recommend you.

I am VERY, VERY satisfied with my most recent service experience with Precision! Jose Perea and his very helpful assistant came out and were very professional! After accessing what needed to be replaced they both began to quickly work on my door. They both replaced the needed items and serviced the door and checked it for proper operation. After they were done the door now operates like it is brand NEW! I was very impressed with the quality of work they both did.
