Dean understands the technical nature of the products your company sells and installs. Did a great job in evaluating the issue with the opener I purchased, and it's repair (Logic Board). We had a emergency with our garage door not opening at all. Dean Laurenson was about to come over and save the day on a Sunday (opening football game lol) He replaced springs and cables in such a timely manner on top was very professional and we would recommend him and Precision to others and definitely will keep them for future work. The guy showed up EXACTLY when he said he would. Was fast, friendly, and the price was more than fair. He could have tried to charge me for a lot more work, but was able to diagnose the cause of my problems to something silly, that I'd not even considered. After following his recommendations, my door now works perfectly. These guys are the "real deal," not some fly-by-night operation. If you need work done, THESE are the guys to call. Don't waste time looking for someone else.

Our Technician, Bill Weier, was very knowledgeable, professional, cordial and honest. He gave me 3 different prices for three different levels of repair. He analyzed our door situation and after a thorough inspection gave me the options, all of which were very reasonable. I want to thank Lance for the fast and professional service he provided in repairing my garage door. His honesty was refreshing and I felt he truly cared about resolving my problem the best way he could and wasn't just looking to make a quick buck. I also very much appreciated the email confirmation I received and the fact that Precision has photos and bios of their technicians on their website. I don't normally give 5 stars on any review but I felt that Precision and Lance earned the 5 stars. Lance's Bios states that's he is people oriented and he most certainly is. I appreciated the time that Dean took to explain what was wrong and his solution to the problem. He was at my home for about one hour. Actually, we picked you out of the phone book about six months ago, when the spring on our garage door broke. You sent out Brent, who convinced us that the one spring we had should be replaced by the double spring, and we were impressed with the lifetime warranty you offered. Then, this Sunday, when the door would not stay closed, we contacted you again, and Brent was the one who responded. He explained that the door opener cog had broken, and that it was time to replace it. I am VERY, VERY satisfied with my most recent service experience with Precision! Jose Perea and his very helpful assistant came out and were very professional! After accessing what needed to be replaced they both began to quickly work on my door. They both replaced the needed items and serviced the door and checked it for proper operation. After they were done the door now operates like it is brand NEW! I was very impressed with the quality of work they both did.
