David did a great job. He saw the problem right away and repaired it in a timely manner. The repair seemed a bit pricey but I believe it was worth it. He also gave me a warranty when I asked so that was a blessing. Thank you so much for a great job. I also appreciated that a picture was provided prior to his arrival. Work was quick and efficient. Only problem that I have is that since the work was done on a rental house, I was not there to get a paid invoice. After 3 request I received the invoice for part of the work. Will need to call again to get all of my paperwork.
