My garage door spring broke. Precision was out the next day to replace with higher grade springs. Frank was my technician with a helper and replaced the springs. I was extremely happy with the service I actually upgraded to the lifetime warranty which replaced all the working parts. No more worries about a broken garage door!

I had the springs earrings and the motor replaced. From the minute I called started to receive emails with the status of my call, Ivan called me and said he will be at my house in 15 minutes and he dis just that. He informed me about the issue and said that it was up to me if I wanted to replace everything else. I said yes let’s do the whole thing. Ivan was very professional and polite he told me the job was going to take around three hours. He finished sooner. I highly recommend Precision and Ivan.

We've used Precision Garage Door Service for many years. They are always professional, reliable, and very good at their work. This time the backup battery was beeping. Technician Ivan Estrada came out replaced the battery and checked to make sure everything else was okay. When we find a good reliable company with good reliable workers, we like to stay with them.

Today I had a garage door problem at 1:30 in the afternoon so I went on a search for a company and found Precision Door and the reviews were great so I called and they were able to schedule me for between 2 and 6. And would call 30 minutes before arrival. Well about 30 minutes later I got a call that he was on his way. He checked it out and diagnosed the problems and gave me 3 options for repairs. He got right to work, was knowledgeable, polite, respectful and finished in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company for your repairs or replacement.

Unhappy I have been on the phone with Chamberlain/Liftmaster for 2hours and still the app does not work. I bought the garage door opener with the camera and online controls spent 2 hours to finally get it connected to find out I need to delete the app and start over because the camera didn’t connect. The tech that installed my opener said just download the app and it will work. Waste of money and my time for what the unit cost you would think it would be easier.

I give the Technician 0 stars My appointment was at 9:00 am. He rang my doorbell at 8:50 am and my husband answered the door and told Alex that my wife is not ready to wait till 9:00 am and she will be out the Tech said well she needs to reschedule and left . All I have to say is that was his lost on a sale . Alex would not wait for 10 minutes which the appointment for 9:00 am .

I called Precision because I had a broken garage door spring. Precision also installed LiftMaster for me 2 years ago. When Jorge arrived, he examined every part of my garage door. He did also let me know that the rollers mights need to be replaced in 2 more years. I made the decision to replace the ball bearings, ball bearing roller, residential drums and torsion cable, now. I was informed of the warranty of 2 years, but decided to opt for the lifetime warranty. Thank you Jorge for your time and the super job you did replacing the springs and more.

Fleecing the repeat customer is a BIG issue... You were very responsive and came out the same day which we were grateful for. As it turned out, two screws had fallen out of one of the metal plates that attach to the garage door at each roller joint. Carlos found the issue and said he could fix it. So, for $59.99 he came to my house and found the problem. Two screws cost less than a dollar, but I haven’t had anything serviced since your guy was here the last time and that was over 5 years ago. I agreed to the "tune up”to make sure everything kept working into the future. For 15 minutes of work and three dollars worth of lubricant, that cost me $89.95!!! WTF What is completely inappropriate is a surprise charge of $16.95 for “Environmental Fee - Miscellaneous hardware/product/enviro fee/fuel charge. All of that should have been covered in the other two line items, considering I had agreed to $140 for less than $10.00 worth of screws and lubricant and a short drive to my house. On top of that, I had cash, my checkbook, and a credit card available as payment. Carlos told my wife that the “credit card was easiest” but then I got charged another $3.34 for using the credit card. I responded to there feedback email but got ZERO response about my extreme displeasure with getting fleeced to the tune of $171.50 for a 15 minute service call. I chose to use your company again because I had a good experience in the past. That may not be the case in the future! Word of mouth referrals are very important to me as I’m sure they are to you.
