Precision installed our garage doors 10 years ago. They have provided maintenance for us through the years. Today our garage door opener decided to quit. We called and Carlos arrived on time, found the problem and offered repair suggestions. We decided on a new Precision garage door opener. Carlos completed the work in one hour. Appointment making was a breeze. The young lady was incredibly helpful. My arrival window was between 2 and 6 pm, but Ivan called to inform me that he was in the area early. Several months ago I had a problem with my garage door opener and I called Precision Door Service. Carlos showed up very promptly, but we couldn't duplicate the problem, everything seemed to be working fine. Carlos did a complete inspection, did not find any problems and did not charge me. This time around the main torsion spring broke and the door would not open. I could not even open it manually, so I called Carlos. He offered to come out that same day, but I couldn't due to prior commitments. So he came out the next day and replaced the spring, drums, rollers and cables and related hardware in under 2 hours and the door is working great! I highly endorse Precision Garage Door Service for their prompt service, product knowledge and integrity.
