WOW! After my garage door spring snapped in half tonight (6:00pm) I found Precision Door Service online and was impressed with the online reviews (of course you can't believe everything you read, right?) I immediately called hoping to get someone to come out within 24 hours...the receptionist was very kind and asked if she could put me on hold...only to find out she would have someone out to me within the hour! 20 minutes later, Technician JOSE was at my door. After a quick inspection of my garage door and an explanation of how the spring/hardware broke (over 12 years old), he was off and repairing. Less than an hour later, my garage door was up and running!!! I can't tell you how easy, professional and super friendly Jose is. I'd give you a gazillion stars if possible! Thanks so much Precision/Jose - You are forever in my Garage Repair file for any future needs!!

Found Precision on internet - website very informative & had a lot of positive reviews. Rated them a 5 because able to come next day, courteous over phone, called ahead of time on day of appointment to let me know technician on the way, technician was friendly, informative & helpful. Suggested ways to increase life of garage door but not pushy with selling. I would definitely call them again if I have any more garage door repairs.

My appointment was for 12pm to 2pm. Jose arrived right at 12 and identified the problem. He gave me options the available to me and I chose to purchase the new garage door opener. Although the price was higher than I hoped to pay, the quality of the product and the warranty led me to make the purchase. Jose installed the opener quickly and cleaned up after he was done. He explained how everything works and was very pleasant and professional during the process. The product works perfectly and is as quiet as Jose promised. Very happy with the experience.

Jose was nice and fast. I was going to just replace my broken springs, but after I mentioned that my wife was wondering why don't they have lifetime warranty on springs, Jose told me about the lifetime deal of $800, which came with new rollers. So, I decided to get it and not have to worry about paying for another repair.

Jose was awesome..he took his time to make sure it was the correct springs even after he already finished installing it. I wouldn't have known the difference if they were the right springs or not but he went ahead and took everything off and put in the correct springs. I am very satisfied with Jose's work and would definitely give them a call for any future garage related issues.
