Oh My God! I called this company and they came to my home the same day. The garage door specialist name was Dean and he was a very kind, informative, and very professional person. He changed the motor and the drive quickly and then he lubricated the door hinges. This is unbelievable!!! I had had Mesa Garage Doors do a little job for me and they charged me more money that it cost to replace the motor. I will never use Mesa again and I really would recommend this company to anybody out there looking for honest work done on their home. Thanks Dean!!!

The garage repair that came out to my home was very pleasant and took care of everything that needed to be done. My garage door spring broke so I dug through my files and found that in 2005 it had broken and was replaced.The Technician at the time had written on the invoice lifetime warranty. I contacted the company and they sent a Tech out this afternoon, I gave them a copy of the invoice and they replaced the springs for free ($400.00 cost savings) and 9 years later all I paid was the labor of $75.00 I highly recommend Precision Door Service, they stood behind what was written on the invoice and the Tech Lance Thurlow was very professional and thorough. In the city of Eastvale we have two e-groups that residents post on and I sent positive comments to both highly recommending Percision Door Service and Lance Thurlow!!! Oh and by the way add the city of Eastvale in your drop down, we have been a city sine October of 2010. I am such a happy camper!!! Jane

Yesterday, my garage opener stopped working...I immediately called for repair since it was recently installed....Jose called me ahead of time before arrival & immediately started trouble shooting the problem. Jose told me that there's was no charge for the dispatch service call & that me feel at ease. He was able to fixed the issue by replacing the motor module & sensors. Jose was very courteous & professional & would love to have that kind of service again if problem arise.
