Hello Don. Yes the garage doors are wonderful, The only problem, is the outside doors sealer around the doors. Shawn came by to evaluate. He is going to replace the top section. I'm not sure what you call it, but it seals the outside of garage doors. Hopefully it does the job to look good so the neighbors can admire as I would.

Garage door would not close. Technician recognized door sensor problem within a minute of checking door. Technician corrected the sensor problem and gave excellent advice of what to do if the problem happened again. I received excellent service.

Jose came out and advised us that our old opener was dead. Gave us an estimate on a new opener with installation. Was pleased with qouted price and gave him the go ahead to replace the old one. Am very pleased with the installation and with the professionalism Jose showed during the installation process. I am also very pleased with the personable attitude Jose showed. What a huge waste of my time! Dean doesn’t have the courtesy to reply to an email or to return a call after two phone messages were left. I wanted to have him install a new garage door opener and replace the seals. I’ll be calling another business for help.

I just want to thank you for coming out to fix my garage door even though the original installation was not done properly by Derek olear but I should have not be charged for shoddy workmanship. It shouldn’t matter if it was a holiday or not. This is not a proper way to do business and charge people $89 for fixing the company’s mistake. I would appreciate a refund. Thank you.

I had a problem with my door opener today. Thinking is was a minor thing I called your company and a service man came the same day .. He assessed the problem and found the motor was bad. He tryed everything to get it going but the last resort was to buy a new garage door opener. He did a great job replacing it . As hot as it was, he replaced the old one and did very good work. I would give him a 5 star rating. Very pleasant.

I am sorry there was a misunderstanding. I am not sure what your neighbors had done, but what you got from us is our rebuild package which includes replacing all the major moving parts on your door with premium grade parts, and a lifetime warranty on those parts for as long as you live in your home. I hope this explains our costs, and thank you for your feedback and for being our customer..

I called yersterday, March 9th to purchase a couple of new remote door openers and was told they would be out today betweern 2-4. Much to my surprise I revcieved a call from Steve around 10:30 this morning sayinbg he could be here in about 15 minutes and of course I said come on "down" :-)) .. Streve got here, took care of business, and he also lubed the track bar and we had to chit chat for a bit then I sent him on his way,,,, I highly recommend Steve and Precision Garage Doors to anyone needing some help.

Jose did a great job on the install of our new garage door opener. He showed me how to operate it. It was more expensive than I had expected at $649 but it is super quiet and we love it.

Thankfully Precision was able to get a technician out to me on the day I called. My garage door motor had died, the technician Jose was knowledgeable, courteous and professional, not to mention efficient. He had a new motor on his truck and all other tools needed to do the job. The whole visit was under 1 hour. I am very happy with Precision Door Service, I have been using them for 10 years now.

The tech Mike was great. My only problem was the labor cost. I cant believe you guys would charge 250 dollars for labor on a 30 minute job. The parts were only 60 dollars. The labor cost are outrageous.
