I chose Precision because their technicians are certified, and Precision is a member of the BBB. My Garage door spring was broken and Jose repaired it efficiently and double and tripled checked to make sure that the garage worked appropriately after he had finished his work. Jose showed me the parts that I currently had on my garage in comparison to the ones that he was going to replace and there was a vast difference (i.e old parts were plastic new ones by Precision were heavier metal).

On Wednesday morning,7.24.13, I called Precicion to have my garage door repaired. They set an appointment for between 4 and 6 that evening. At about 2:30 Jose called and asked if he could come at 3:30 as he was running ahead of schedule. I told him I could meet him about 3:45 and he said that would be fine. When I arrived home at 3:35 he was waiting for me. He looked at my door and explained exactly what the problem was and what he would recommend to fix it, which was new springs, cables, side bearings and a center bearing. He was able to make the the repairs, under difficult conditions (limited space and extreme heat) in about an 1 1/2 hrs. He was very courteous and professional. The door now works like new. I would highly recommend Precision and Jose to anyone who has a door problem.

Jose arrived at my home two hours before the estimated time of arrival given to me. This was an indication of the ultra-professional service that was to be provided by him. His assessment of the damage needed to be repaired was honest, frankly stated, with examples shown of where the exact damage to my garage door system was located. His knowledge allowing an explanation of the repair work to be stated in simple terms for me to understand, and his ability to both provide and complete an extensive repair to my system within one hour of his arrival was truly exceptional. I would highly recommend Jose to anyone as a service repairman.

Jose was great and explained everything well. I thought the bottom seal should be included. the extra $80 seemed extreem. $880.00 is so expensive. The new garage doors are advertised less than that and it includes everything.

very happy with my garage door repair, Jose called in our appointment window, gave me eta and arrived at that exact time. he looked at the door shown me the problems there were a few. we replaced the springs and cables modified the door added an other spring and changed the rollers in about an hour. now my door is super quiet and smooth. thanks

Work was quick and efficient. Only problem that I have is that since the work was done on a rental house, I was not there to get a paid invoice. After 3 request I received the invoice for part of the work. Will need to call again to get all of my paperwork.

Mike Napolitano got here 5 mns. into his two hr. window. He repaired a major mistake from another company. He installed the parts the other co. did'nt. I could not get my door down sometimes because the other co. didnt install half the parts they should have. My door now is so quiet and closes the first time. That gives me, an 86 yr. old widow peace of mind AND a great nite sleep. Mikes professionalism is impeccable. Thank You.
