Home Depot gave me the phone number. There said you did a good job and reasonable. You said we need to replace garage door spring. On our fix income you are to expensive for us.

I'm very satisfied with the work they did. I called them late yesterday afternoon. They gave me an appt. for the next morning. They called to say they would be here in 15-20 mins. and they were. They inspected everything, then went right to work. The new guy(sorry forgot name) installed the new springs and did a great job. I'm very happy right now. Thank you guys

I was very impressed with the good attitude and professionalism of the technician. He presented three options and explained them thoroughly without any pressure. When I made my choice he did the job perfectly and quickly. He installed a belt drive opener and I was amazed how quite it was. To say the least I was very satisfied and will recommend Precision to my friends.

They installed a new door with all new hardware about a year ago, but everytime it went up and down it was super loud. I called them and they were able to have a guy out at the time that worked for me. They fixed the issue no questions asked. Great door, Great service! Will use them for all my garage door needs! They came on Wednesday. Charged 50 percent down. Instead of the manditory 10 percent. After the down payment was made. He told me someone will be in touch for install date. Here it is two days later and no-one has called yet.

The four star rating is due to the fact that when I initially called on a saturday evening, I was told that a technician would be coming out and was then disappointed to receive a call telling me that they made a mistake and can't send anyone out until Tuesday because the technicians only come up to the Victorville area on Tuesdays and Thursdays. A five star rating is for the technician Jose Perea. He showed up on time and was quick to fix the broken cable. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I'm 100% satisfied with the job Jose did. Thank you!

Fortunately, there was no major problem with my garage door other than it failed to remain closed occasionally. David made a overall inspection to determine what caused the malfunction. He provided me with a check list of suggested repairs/replacements. Mr. White was prompt,pleasant, personable and professional. I would recommend David or/and the company for my future garage door needs.
