I had used Precision some years ago to repair and replace a garage door. They did excellent work back then. Recently my lift motors began to fail. They were near end-of-life. I contacted Precision. They arrived with upgraded replacements to the motors and drive mechanisms. The installation was done very well. The work guaranteed. The price was reasonable. The technician explained everything and did not mind my watching him work and learning from him.

They installed a new door with all new hardware about a year ago, but everytime it went up and down it was super loud. They came on Wednesday. Charged 50 percent down. Instead of the manditory 10 percent. After the down payment was made. He told me someone will be in touch for install date. Here it is two days later and no-one has called yet.

The four star rating is due to the fact that when I initially called on a saturday evening, I was told that a technician would be coming out and was then disappointed to receive a call telling me that they made a mistake and can't send anyone out until Tuesday because the technicians only come up to the Victorville area on Tuesdays and Thursdays. A five star rating is for the technician Jose Perea. He showed up on time and was quick to fix the broken cable. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I'm 100% satisfied with the job Jose did. Thank you!
