1st & foremost I'd like to say Bill Weier is an outstanding repair man and was fast to point out features he recommended to replace for better assistance in maintaining my garage door operating in a better condition. Service rate I recommend is above 5 stars great service on his behalf. For future repairs if ever needed I'd like to make a request and have Bill Weier sent out and take care of my repairs. These guy's are on top of things. I called for an estimate they came out the next day. Then two day's later they are coming to fix my garage door. He was friendly, punctual, professional, and competent. Our garage doors now open much more quietly and smoothly. We also appreciate having the vacation lock-out feature.
