Jose was very professional, courteous and friendly. Response time from initial call to Precision to Jose showing up was literally only 1 hr and 15 min. Jose explained the options available for the repair, suggested some things to consider in servicing the door, and installed the new torsion springs and new rollers in less than 1 hour. I purchased a remote for my garage which never worked with both of the garage doors. I called 3 times and when the technician came , he reprogramed the remote. The next day the remote control was not working again. I paid $85 for a remote that did not work and they could not fix it.

Friday evening door won't open even manually. Had to get our son to the airport. Phone book add said emergency service 24/7 and a person answers the phone. Dave the tech was there half hour later. Explained everything and did repair quickly. Called other places and told emergency service next day was soonest or very large charge. Precision was reasonable, and did what they promised in their ad.
