Ray was the "garage door opener expert" that was sent to our home for a estimate after a power surge. Within a couple weeks we called back in ready for install. Ray also came out to do install. He did a great job and we are very happy with the service. Thanks! :)

Jose was very professional, courteous and friendly. Response time from initial call to Precision to Jose showing up was literally only 1 hr and 15 min. Jose explained the options available for the repair, suggested some things to consider in servicing the door, and installed the new torsion springs and new rollers in less than 1 hour. Incredible service in this day and age! Would happily recommend Precision to friends and neighbors. Well done!

I purchased a remote for my garage which never worked with both of the garage doors. I called 3 times and when the technician came , he reprogramed the remote. The next day the remote control was not working again. I paid $85 for a remote that did not work and they could not fix it.

Friday evening door won't open even manually. Had to get our son to the airport. Phone book add said emergency service 24/7 and a person answers the phone. Dave the tech was there half hour later. Explained everything and did repair quickly. Called other places and told emergency service next day was soonest or very large charge. Precision was reasonable, and did what they promised in their ad.

This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door Service and it was a good one. As distressing as it is having to deal with an unexpected repair, Jerad's professional demeanor made the whole process pleasant. He was on-time if not a little early for the appointment time. Very courteous technician. No nonsense, went straight to the problem. Was very patient in dealing with the fact that I was the tenant and not the landlord. He took care of servicing the garage door and lubricating all parts that needed cleaning and made very good suggestions. Made all the necessary adjustments to ensure the life of the garage door.
