I have an old garage door (one piece, not panels) and a spring had broken. I told them this when I called to make the appointment. The rep, who was on time and very friendly by the way, told me that the garage door is old and outdated and that springs are not readily available. He recommended replacing the door for $699 I believe, and when I said that is not in the budget, he immediately called and lowered the price to $649. That was a red flag for sure. I decided to check other companies, and found a local company who was here within an hours time with two springs- only one had broken, but they are old, so better to replace both. He was able to buy the springs locally and install. Total cost $169 including labor and parts. I am a realtor and constantly get requests for good service providers. I would never recommend this company.

Excellent service! Our door stopped halfway down exposing the contents of our garage late in the afternoon. We called and explained that we were scheduled to go out of town the following morning. A very knowledgeable repairman, Bill, arrived soon after my call and repaired the door and serviced it within an hour and a half. It’s working better and quieter than it ever has! Would definitely recommend them to others.

First contact (I didn't get name) was cheerful and her smile easily made it across the phone line. She advised that a tech guy was in the area and she'd make room for me. I had just been told by another Precision door company who told me a three day wait was in the cards due to the severe wind storm we had here on 3/30. She was pleasant enough but really didn't sound like new business was important to her. The other Precision door number was already in my phone from a previous service I must have had. Needing immediate service prompted me to start calling from the internet listings I could find and I found you folks. Jose topped the service caLL off by being super face to face and actually careing for my problem and called to confirm the appointment made through your office. He was an early finisher on the job before mine and was super pleasant and accommodating. I was impressed at his interest in my problem and his determination to fix it to my liking. Called for an appointment and within an hour of my initial call, Technician Jose arrived.. He was extremely professional and friendly and very thorough in explaining the problem. He replaced the overhead spring and cables, Would highly recommend the company, Jose and the customer service staff. Good job.

Same-day service was delivered in a timely way. Mark, the repair person, called ahead to let me know he was on the way and gave me an approximate (and accurate) arrival time. He was courteous and provided me with quotes before proceeding with the repair.

Bill called prior to arrival with an accurate time frame. Arrived on-time. Very friendly and personable. Accurately diagnosed problem within minutes. While the part required had to be requisitioned from another vehicle for next day repair, Bill worked with my schedule and, once again, arrived on-time. Bill had a satisfactory answer to all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Bill and Precision to anyone.

I purchased a $1,100 garage door opener, installed 4/5/14. Last night it became stuck open. I called today 4/20 to have it repaired. I was told a technician would come out between 2-4pm. At 4p, I called again because no technician arrived. Customer Service rep tried to reach technician but not answer. She then tried to reach a manager or other technician but not answer. Now I have an 8a-12p appointment tomorrow. I have to stay home from work to wait for technician. I had to stay home from Easter at brother's today because I did not want my washer/dryer stolen from my open garage. Sure hope technician shows up!!!!

First, I appreciated the professionalism of the appointment process, including the confirmation email with picture of technician. Second, Lance was very professional as well as courteous and thorough. I needed an emergency garage door opener replacement. He explained options, comparing to my old, existing system to his recommendation that has lifetime warranty. He confidently installed the system, making sure to replace old wiring.
