He gave us suggestions and options regarding pricing and possible future problems we may encounter with our garage door. He even helped us set up the MyQ app on our cell phones. Great speedy service on my garage repair. Work conducted in no time. Jose the Garage Tech was able to communicate the issue, the corrective action and the possible updates as well. It was not an upscale pitch which I was very happy about. Initially I was just going to do cables, but figured springs are old and need to be replaced. Jose agreed do to age and did that as well.
