Bill Weier was great, and really came to the rescue tonight. He fixed and replaced our broken springs on the garage door fast and efficiently. Our door has never run this smooth or operated this quiet. I am very satisfied with the work that was done today and the quality of the people working at Precision. Shane Stewart did an excellent job replacing the springs, rollers, cams etc. on my existing door. He also replaced my 13 year old opener with a new Lift-Master belt drive, My door is quieter and runs smoother than it did when it was new. Many thanks to Shane and all the staff at Precision.

Jose arrived on time and explained entire problem and what needed to be done. He was respectful, intelligent and understanding of my needs. He quickly and efficiently installed necessary equipment. Everything worked exactly as described and I 100% believe he sold me nothing I didn't need. Door works better than ever and no longer squeaks and groans. Jose is a great guy...I wish he were my neighbor! Would recommend Precision to anyone.

I called a little before noon on a Saturday and the technition arrived at 1:30. He did the repairs and I was expecting to pay a premium for the Saturday service. I was totally surprised and very pleased when I went to pay. I would highly recommend them for any needs regarding garage doors.

I found Precision Garage Door company online June 12. I called at 8 AM to see if they could come out and check the unit at my Dad's. By 10AM Johnny and Devon were there. They had to install a new garage door unit as the other was quite old and not working. They did an efficient and outstanding job. My dad was so excited to get in the garage without having to try 3-5 times of pushing the garage door opener. Happy Father's Day Dad

The servicer (Jose) from Precision arrived on time, and he diagnosed the problem with my garage door quickly. I received 3 repair bids from local companies and Precision was in the middle. What helped me with my decision was how helpful their office staff was. I received an e-mail with my appointment time for the same day. Dean phoned me when he was leaving his previous job so I didn't have to wait around all day. He took the time to explain what he felt needed to be addressed now and what could wait till a later time with no pressure on my decision and gave me advice for the future to keep my door working in top shape. My door works and sounds as it did the first day it was installed. You get what you pay for and I'm glad I paid Precision

When your garage door torsion springs break and your garage door weighs more than 400 pounds, guess what....you car is locked in your garage. That happened at 7:00 in the morning. After extensive review of all repair companies, Precision's website gave me the confidence to call them. By the afternoon the springs were replaced, cable replaced (they were frayed and another company probably would not have said anything), new rollers installed, etc. The tech. Jose Perea and his assistant Mike worked their magic, with smiles on their faces and personality. I would hire them away if I still had my business....(I retired) Best to you guys! I recommend everyone have Precision evaluate your garage door system BEFORE something drastic happens and your car is "locked up"! Preventative service..not panic service.
