Jose telephoned ahead of time, as promised, arrived promptly, assessed the problem and gave us some options. We needed new springs and rollers and a drum and some wheels He performed the repair quickly, efficiently. The door is functioning smoothly & quietly. Better than new (which was 17 years ago). He is more than able and professional, he is also straightforward and very personable. We are highly satisfied. Thanks very much.

Dean provided WOW! customer service! He needed a part to fix my opener and didn't have one on his truck.( This was on a Friday afternoon.) He said he could come back on Monday to finish the repair. Sensing my disappointment, he called around, found the part, PICKED IT UP ! and finished the repair. He was so understanding of the fact that I was concerned about an unsecure garage over the weekend. I'd call that WOW customer service. Thank you so much!

The gentelman that came out was prompt and explained everything well and seemed to be honest with us. He was neat and clean and the job didnt take that long.We chose to have the most expensive work done but thats on us. It remains to be seen if the company will treat us as well if the occasion arises that we need them to come back because the parts have a lifetime warrenty and we have a warrenty for 3 years on the labor. but so far so good the garage door seems to be working well and the genelman that did the work did some extra tweaking to the door to make it less noisy. all in all he did a very nice job. I called Precision late Friday and reprted that my cables had jumped off the spindle. The young lady listen to my concerns and stated that a repairman would be out the next moring. The repairman (Lance) arrived during the time Precision said he would. Did a quick assessment of my garage he asured me that he could fix the broken cables. Very professional, a fair price with a one year warranty. on a scale of 1-5, Precision gets a "5" Plus they have military discounts.
