Impressive…I was just talking to Dean that it is sad that company’s now a days just want to get in and get out and just charge you an arm and a leg. You don’t get companies that really get to know the customer. Dean took the time to talk and he really explained all my options of the garage, how long it’s been up and him just educating me on everything slowly not just doing a hard sale on me. He gave me options with the reasons behind it and I truly appreciate that. Find it rare to find good employees anymore; you are lucky to have him. I was very impressed with the quick service on a Sunday. The technician was very pleasant. I was a little disappointed in the cost of the repair. After completing some research on garage door spring repairs, I found that I paid $100-$200 more than the average. This puts a person in a precarious situation when you rely so heavily on your garage door.

Mark showed up a few hours after I called on a Saturday afternoon and had the repair done in about an hour and a half. since my car was outside when the door broke I would have had to park on the street almost two blocks away for the weekend. This prompt and courteous service kept me from having to do that.

The Service Tech Bill, arrived on time. Gave me several options to think about. We had be having trouble for a while with the door so we choose to replace springs, and the stuff that goes with the springs. Purchased a new garage door opener. Had my garage door repaired back in 2010 and all parts were under warranty by the same company. Two tech's arrived at my door in less than 24 hrs. They were able to diagnosis the issue and in less than 35 mins they had installed new drums, cables and resolved my issue. They also fixed the gap at the bottom of the door. They only charged a small labor fee which I was more than happy to pay. Great service and a lifetime warranty on parts. Thanks again...
