I've been in need of a garage door opener ever since we bought our home in 2008. It is now 2018 in a couple of days. Very inconvenient without one. We load and unload all the time our van. We have to unlock our house and go all the way to the Kitchen just to push the button for the garage to open. Now we just push the button when we are driving up, and it's like Moses Parting the Red Sea. Very polite and courteous. Highly Recommend this Company. God Bless.

You charged us 900 to rebuild our garage door and the next day a panel caved in. Your technician returned one call offering to charge us 400 more and to replace the door We just want the work we paid for fixed. Now he won't return calls or texts and your office has ignored our emails and messages. We will try calling again tomorrow I guess there is no guarantee on your work almost 1000 dollars later. I wish I had known that to begin with .

I called at 1:00PM to place a service call to have my overhead doors "tuned up". Tech "Bill" was at my home at 300PM! Bill did a great job of pointing out his concerns. He reccomended an overhaul of each door as they are on the verge of failing completely. I apprecitated his professional attitude and attention to detail. Great job Bill!

Jose gave me a courtesy call 30 mins before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. Definitely appreciated knowing when he was arriving. He replaced the broken spring and installed a new one. Now I have a double spring system. As he was here our garage door opener went out, and he installed a new for us right then and there. Thanks Jose

We previously used a different Precision franchise in Las Vegas when we lived there, and were highly satisfied with every facet of our transaction. When our garage door spring broke today, we knew to immediately look online for our nearest Precision Garage Door office. We were given a four hour window of arrival starting approximately three hours after our call for service. To our satisfaction, our technician, Jose, arrived very punctually at the start of that time window! He was wonderful; he quickly gave us an estimate with multiple options for our repair. Once we made our decision, he promptly set to work and completed the project within 30 minutes. During the repair, he was very careful while maneuvering around our vehicle (still parked in the garage), and was even so courteous as to warn about loud noises possibly bothering our toddler. All around, we were very impressed by Jose's professionalism, timely arrival, speedy repair, and friendly demeanor. We would welcome him back to perform other needed repairs if/when they arise. Thanks again, Jose!

Recieved a quote to have 3 garage doors installed replacing old original wood doors. The service tech was very knowledgeable and helped me understand doors, door openers and what my options were. My budgeted estimate was about $600.00 MORE than the offer he made. He included upgrades to all the doors and a lifetime warrenty for the doors and parts. The service was excellent and the scheduling of the replacments was done within a week. Excellent service.
