I was having an issue with the door not staying closed. Precision was the company that installed the door in the first place so I called them of course. Bill Weier was the technician that was dispatched. He actually arrived 30 mins ahead of the appointment time which was awesome. I showed him what the door was doing and he knew right away what the issue was. The programing of the door opener was messed up. He had it fixed in about 2 mins and then didn't charge me since it was part of the original warranty. He also showed me how to reprogram the door myself just in case there was a "next time". Bill is awesome. Precision will be the ONLY place I call if I ever have a problem.

Dean, The sales rep. was outstanding. Kind of rare these days to sit down with someone who talks with you and isn't pushing the hard pressure sale. This was a homeowners insurance claim, so he knew we had a budget to work with. He listened, made suggestions and more importantly, met the needs of the person who was most invested : my wife! She walked away from Dean's visit knowing she got the door she wanted. And more importantly, we kept it within our budget! When we get the door installed, I'm sure I'll have another positive review.

I am very pleased with the service performed and the operation of my new motor. It is quiet and smooth. I have a home link garage door opener system in both my car and truck. I can not program either to work w/o purchasing an "extender" not originally explained to me. I am awaiting the installation of the extender to use my HomeLink system. Be sure to ask if you have a "HomeLink" system in your vehicle before the technician leaves.

We choice your company because we like the things you covered in your ad and then when I called I received a real person who gave exact information about an appointment for the same day service with the name of the technician and a time frame of service also told the technician would call us back at a 30 minute time frame. The technician did call us back and told us the exact time he would arrive Dean arrived when he said he would repaired the garage door in the time frame he told us it would take. Before doing any work the technician pointed out the other weak areas of the door hardware we hadn't noticed but didn't pressure us into repairing them. After going over everything he gave us the opportunity to ask questions and gave us the cost. The technician was knowledgeable and cleaned up the old parts. When all is said is done we are completely satisfied and the pricing is more than fair I would recommend your company to anyone needing garage work. Thank you. 5 Stars all the way.

Primarily chose Precision because it was late on a Friday afternoon when my garage door 'broke.' The technician who came to repair it that evening was prompt and efficient and repaired it enough to close. When the technician came to install my new garage door and opener, again - prompt and efficient and was only there for 2 hours and I appreciate the clean-up of debris after installation. Both technicians were courteous and respectful.

Bill was very courteous with a smile on his face the whole time he was here. Our garage door was tweaked and he charged according to what he saw and later he said it wasn't as bad as he thought. He did a good job and we are pleased with his work. He is a nice young man. The only problem I had was that I originally paid almost 700.00 in 2010 and the guy told me it would be a forever fee for fixing the door FOREVER. My husband has parkinsons and can't do anything so I paid the 700.00 to be covered. Now they say that is only for parts so I feel I was overcharged the first time. He told me it was for anything that would happen but now I am paying again. I talked to Don and he did take some off this time but I felt I shouldn't have to pay at all.
