Shane was born and raised in Apple Valley, California where he graduated high school. He was very active in sports in high school, playing basketball, baseball and wrestling. Shane was quite industrious, started in the work world part-time while still in high school. After graduation he worked various jobs in the service industry before coming to work with Precision Door Service. His favorite professional sport is football, and favorite team is the Denver Broncos. In his leisure he loves spending quality time with his two children and riding his dirt bike. Shane enjoys meeting new people and helping them resolve their garage door problems.

On 2/23/2021 one of your technician Shane Stewart came to look at our Guardian garage door opener that was not working. He took about 45 seconds to push a few buttons on the unit and said the motor was gone and we needed to replace the unit and offered us a few options. After making a phone call to my husband at work we opted not to move forward since my husband was extremely upset that this unit was less than 3 years old and should not have gone out so soon. We paid Shane the $49.95 for the service fee. I searched deeper into our files and found the Instruction manual for this unit and when my husband returned home from work he looked over the manual and it took him less than 10 minutes to get the garage door opener to work. We are extremely disappointed in your techs knowledge of the garage door opener (the motor is not fried) and that fact that he would push your 800.00 and 600.00 unit when in fact it wasn't needed. We are requesting a refund of your service charge. You can find all the information needed on Work order # 5398840 Invoice # 03826801. I received your Company's name and phone number directly from Guardian and I will be sending them an e-mail letting them know about the service your tech provided. I hope you take this information and follow up with your business practices appropriately. He also showed up at my door without a mask. I don't have an issue with that but other people might, just a heads up.

Hello Don. Yes the garage doors are wonderful, The only problem, is the outside doors sealer around the doors. Shawn came by to evaluate. He is going to replace the top section. I'm not sure what you call it, but it seals the outside of garage doors. Hopefully it does the job to look good so the neighbors can admire as I would.

I had an issue with my garage, I called them and they said they would have a technician out within two hours. The technician was here in an hour and fixed my issue (added two garage struts) in thirty minutes. Technician was polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone.

Your service was timely in all aspects. I had one bent (not frayed) cable that could have been replaced but the tech stated that they come two to a set. So I had to replace both and pay for labor to replace both. I have a company that sells "certified" SS aircraft cables to owners of P51 Mustang aircraft and they are less expensive than your garage door cables. Your charge of $257.00 to replace cables, which took all of 20 to 30 minutes, was just ridiculous. $100.00 for two cable and $100.00 for labor makes you a lot of money but tells me to do it myself next time. I will also give my company a sample of your cable to make up 10 or 20 for myself and others. Maybe I will put them on the internet and sell them for half your price. Again, good service, timely and great attitude but way too expensive for this simple job. "Get real and people will call back. Ripe them off and they will find another way"

The Tech came as agreed and after diagnosing the problem (short Roller hanging up on our rail) installed a longer roller. He lubricated all of the hinge points and it is much quieter. He was friendly, personable and remembered installing my door in 2014.

You charged us 900 to rebuild our garage door and the next day a panel caved in. Your technician returned one call offering to charge us 400 more and to replace the door We just want the work we paid for fixed. Now he won't return calls or texts and your office has ignored our emails and messages. We will try calling again tomorrow I guess there is no guarantee on your work almost 1000 dollars later. I wish I had known that to begin with .
