Extremely disappointed. Here I was thinking that I had five years free labor and 20 years on parts and was charged labor and parts because it was different parts. Could understand the parts because these weren't parts that were replaced before but the labor I was not happy about. This is a couple months after I just paid $800 for door repair. And the repairman said we must have backed into the door...not. And not good too blame us...could it have been the way he adjusted the door when they "fixed" it before. I will no longer call precision door to work on my garage door...time to find somebody else.

I received 3 repair bids from local companies and Precision was in the middle. What helped me with my decision was how helpful their office staff was. I received an e-mail with my appointment time for the same day. Dean phoned me when he was leaving his previous job so I didn't have to wait around all day. He took the time to explain what he felt needed to be addressed now and what could wait till a later time with no pressure on my decision and gave me advice for the future to keep my door working in top shape. My door works and sounds as it did the first day it was installed. You get what you pay for and I'm glad I paid Precision

Dean provided WOW! customer service! He needed a part to fix my opener and didn't have one on his truck.( This was on a Friday afternoon.) He said he could come back on Monday to finish the repair. Sensing my disappointment, he called around, found the part, PICKED IT UP ! and finished the repair. He was so understanding of the fact that I was concerned about an unsecure garage over the weekend. I'd call that WOW customer service. Thank you so much!

The gentelman that came out was prompt and explained everything well and seemed to be honest with us. He was neat and clean and the job didnt take that long.We chose to have the most expensive work done but thats on us. It remains to be seen if the company will treat us as well if the occasion arises that we need them to come back because the parts have a lifetime warrenty and we have a warrenty for 3 years on the labor. but so far so good the garage door seems to be working well and the genelman that did the work did some extra tweaking to the door to make it less noisy. all in all he did a very nice job. Excellent emergency service and repair. When I called at 3pm I spoke to a live person and did not have to leave a recorded message. The dispatcher I spoke to was courteous and professional. Scheduled a repair tech to come btwn 4-6pm. My repair tech "Dean" called to let me know when he was coming and arrived on time. Dean was also very courteous and professional. Dean repaired my bent track and did not try to upsell me any unnecessary parts. He also took the time to lube my squeaky garage door and advise me about the proper care and maintenance. The best part was that the total repair bill was very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We choice your company because we like the things you covered in your ad and then when I called I received a real person who gave exact information about an appointment for the same day service with the name of the technician and a time frame of service also told the technician would call us back at a 30 minute time frame. The technician did call us back and told us the exact time he would arrive Dean arrived when he said he would repaired the garage door in the time frame he told us it would take. Before doing any work the technician pointed out the other weak areas of the door hardware we hadn't noticed but didn't pressure us into repairing them. After going over everything he gave us the opportunity to ask questions and gave us the cost. The technician was knowledgeable and cleaned up the old parts. When all is said is done we are completely satisfied and the pricing is more than fair I would recommend your company to anyone needing garage work. Thank you. 5 Stars all the way.

I was looking for a local Big Bear Lake contractor and saw the 585 prefix. I was very pleased eventhough Precision is not "local." They had to send someone up the mountain. Dean called about 90 min before arrival to let me know he is on the way. It took about 90 min to get everything squared away. Dean was very professional and experienced. I would use Precision again.
