To Whom It May Concern, This letter is to notify Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of what an excellent job one of their employees did. His name is Dave White. He came out on 10-10-12 to _____ W. Posey Dr in Hemet. He had to replace the main gear and the one old spring with two new ones. He explained everything so well. He ran into problems due to the condition everything was in. He spent more time than expected, I'm sure. He even had to come back the next day after work to finish. He lowered the overhead arm and reinforced the top door panel with a horizontal bar and vertical brace. I thought we would need a new door. He made it work and look better than before. Our Garage door was making loud noises when the door was closing. We were serviced by Dave White who fixed the problem. Very professional service tech. He explained the problem and also recommended what parts of the garage door to be aware of.

Friday evening door won't open even manually. Had to get our son to the airport. Phone book add said emergency service 24/7 and a person answers the phone. Dave the tech was there half hour later. Explained everything and did repair quickly. Called other places and told emergency service next day was soonest or very large charge. Precision was reasonable, and did what they promised in their ad.
