It is such a drag having the garage door suddenly stop working! On Angie's List recommendation we called Precision Door Service at 4PM. It was a good call, our appointment (which could have been that night) was scheduled for the very next day. Technician Brent arrived on time, inspected garage door and opener, explained nature of the problem and offered two options, with prices included. I purchased my garage door only a few years ago from a company that said it had a lifetime warranty...only to find out not everything was warranted, so when a cable broke and caused addtional damage I chose to have precision do the repair instead. They pointed out all kinds of errors in the original installation (the best purchase price isn't always the best deal.) Precision fixed everything, they were on time and professional. I will definitely send friends their way.

On Christmas eve our garage door would not close. After calling AHS they told us that their service person(Edge garage door) would not be able to help us for two days. Not good to have garage door open for that long. We had used Precision in our Crestline home and they were great! I found their number and called . Dave Culver was here within 2 hours and fixed the door to be able to close. We decided to replace both our doors and opener and have a keypad installed. I was experiencing problems with my garage door; it was loud, squeaky, slow to open, etc. Brent showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, recommended a solution, and provided alternatives along with pros and cons to all recommendations. My first dealings with your company was last November. I had just moved into my new home and the door broke with the cable coming off the drum. Brent was the tech and sold me a rebuild for $529.00 which I thought came with a 5 year warranty. I found later that it was just the

I spoke with Mr. Chumbley regarding his thought explaining that I appreciate his input because we can't fix it if we don't know it. We have been back to address his concerns. One being his warranty and the other being door noise. We did install high cycle springs (which are higher quality than the standard springs) and new rollers on his door that carry a lifetime warranty. His prior door and opener were different from what he has presently. His present door is non-insulated steel vs insulated before, and his opener is a 1/3 hp screw drive vs a 1/2 hp belt drive before. This makes a huge difference in the noise levels, which Mr. Chumbley now understands, and states "his next opener will definitely be a belt drive.

Great service, arrived the next day as promised. Brent was a decent, professional and quick repairperson. I wasn't sold anything I didn't need and now I wish I had the keypad installed too! Great service!
